Third Person's POV

"Hey, isn't Ji-eun so pretty? She has such a petite waist and slender body. I wish I could have her. Also, I love being around her. It makes the atmosphere so calm and peaceful." Bogum said dreamily as he walked out of the school cafeteria with Jongsuk who's now laughing at his lovesick friend.

"What about Taehyung though? He literally has them body goals, maybe even better than Ji-eun's. He's smart and athletic. Isn't that a plus?"

"Nu-uh." the male disagreed, "He's too perfect. He's way out of my league. I would rather choose the dumber one. Just so you know, I can boast about my intelligence and she'll be all over my sexy brain. Taehyung's just not it. He looks like the dominant type too, now that's a no-no."

"Really? He doesn't seem like one."

"What do you mea...?" Bogum stopped in his tracks as his eyes trailed onto the girl who walked past him.

It was Ji-Eun.

"Stop drooling like you've never seen her before, creep. See, this is why you're still single." Jongsuk shook his head.

"Deal with it, fool. Isn't it normal to stare at your crush? Oh great, look." Bogum sighed and Jongsuk turned around to see her walking up to Jungkook who's sitting alone at one of the tables.

Jungkook - The school's smartest and favoured student.

It's nothing. He's just some council student and some handsome nerd.

Taehyung then joined in with the two and Bogum could see that Ji-eun's smile had instantly faded at the sight of him.

'Could it be that she hates his guts? Oh well, I couldn't care less.' Jongsuk shrugged and with that, both Bogum and Jongsuk went back to their respective classroom.

Taehyung's POV

Entering the cafeteria, I could see Ji-eun approaching to Jungkook, my crush, whom I normally eat with during break time which was weird because Ji-eun usually hangs out with her own group of friends.

I guess I'll just carry out the same routine. Spending my lunch break with my crush that is.

"Hey guys!" I smiled at them.

"Hey..." Jungkook replied gloomily and I became concerned at his tone.

Normally he would happily greet me back.

That's when I noticed the awkwardness in the air between the two and I wondered, what's up?

Ji-eun didn't even 'hey' me back.

I eyed warily at her and saw that her smile faded into a frown... probably because I interrupted their moment together.
