Chapter 3

Whaddup readers!

This chapter is quite short so sorry if I dissappoint anyone!

Since i've already written up to Chapter 13 I should be uploading more often since all I have to do is edit and correct a few things! But if you do see any errors or spelling mistakes feel free to tell me :D

Well, here it is!

"Whoa!" I said. It felt like something was about to erupt in my body.

"Are you alright?" Alexander said looking at me with a worried expression. 

"I'm fine Alexander. Don't worry!" I snapped before shaking off the strange feeling.

I looked over with my hands still on my knees to see him staring at me. "What?" I questioned him rudely.

"Nothing...let’s go" He said smiling.  

"Stupid Alexander for always knowing when I lie." I muttered under my breath. Alexander must have heard me because he burst out laughing.

“Shut up granddad!” I moaned and carried on walking towards the place I called home.

Once we managed to get back inside I went straight to my room to begin packing again. I only had my bikini’s left to pack. I didn’t know which ones to pick so I think I’ll just throw them all in...I've never been to Spain before so I’m pretty excited! I’ve heard the Spanish guys are super hot, with golden skin and defined abs-

‘Great! Someone always has to ruin my moments!’ I thought as my sisters came running in with Sandra.

I don't know why I call my mum and dad by their first names. I mean if I’m ever thinking about the two I always refer to them as mum and dad, but actually calling them that aloud just doesn’t sound right. I know it should, because they were the ones that read me stories at night after I had nightmares, they were the ones that taught me how to count to ten before I even started school, taught me how to ride a bike and so much more and I’ll forever be grateful, but I just can’t help the guilt that bubbles up inside me.

"Are you even listening Sapphire?" Jessica spat at me which snapped out of my thoughts, yet again. 

"No. Sorry what did you say?" I said carrying on with my packing, waiting for them to carry on. I had so much to do still!

“Unbelievable!” Jess muttered to herself throwing her arms up in the air.

"Listen Sapphire we're sorry. We didn't mean to take things so over board." Charley said in a soft tone. She was by far the nicest out of the two. 

"Yeah fre--I mean Sapphire. I didn't mean it! I should have never said horrible things about your birth parents. I'm very sorry." Jessica said. I could tell it pained her to say sorry to me. It seemed so forced.

I was still packing and replied back to them with a simple, "Its ok Char and Jess." I said turning to face them as I felt I was being rude.

'We just apologised to you and all we get is its ok?" Jessica huffed.

Before I could even reply the two stormed out and went into their room slamming the door, muttering about how stubborn I was.

I let out a sigh and looked up to see Sandra staring at me with confusion.

“What?” I said bluntly. She shook her head and began to leave my room, but before she left she said, "Dinner will be ready in 5 minutes pumpkin!" And went to tell the twins what she had just told me.
