Chapter 15

Lily POV

The week at the Hospital Wing passed fast. I did my homework and classwork, I read some books and slept. I also had visits from my friends and James. The pain left away the 3 day and the purple bruises were already fading away. Madam Pomfrey wanted me to stay a week so she could check me up. Even Severus tried to see me but James threaten him not to and I told Madam Pomfrey I didn't want to see him.

The day I was released from the Hospital Wing was the day of James first game this year. Gryffindor vs Slytherin. He was tensed and not eating breakfast. I was getting worried and so was Sirius and he knock some sense into him and started eating. I was wearing my Gryffindor colours proud. It was warm for being in November so the game was going to be good in this weather.

I was walking to meet up with Alice and Frank so we could go to the game together when a hand sized mine and pulled me to a deserted classroom. I was about to scream when another hand was placed in my mouth. The person silenced the classroom and closed the door with a charm. I turned around to see Sirius.

"What in the name of Gordic are you doing?!" I screamed.

"Well you see you can't go to the game cause James will be distracted by you and will be trying to impress you. Like a jinx. So I was going to lock you here with food and some books so you can entertain yourself. And I you are wondering how to escape there's no way because I charmed the windows and doors to be sound proof and not be able to be opened by you. Don't worry I would still come to look after you if I don't forget."

"You are crazy!"

"I said I will come to look after you if I don't forget." He tried reasoning with me.

"No way I'm going to miss the game and let you lock me in here."

"I am so sorry your highness but I can't so see you later." He said and ran to the door and closed shut in my face. Great now I would be stuck here and miss the game and knowing Sirius he would forget about me.

A few minutes passed and there was a shuffle in the door and it open. I stood up and walked to the ajar door. There was standing Remus with his face with a mixture of relief and disappointment.

"H-How did y-"

"I have known Sirius and his obsession about quidditch since first year. It's known to happen."

"Thanks." I said and walked out of the room. We walked together going to the game and found Alice and Frank. We were walking when James came to me.

He was wearing his uniform and he look hot. His goggles were on his messy hair. James had his broom besides him and had his Gryffindor scarf on the other hand. He had a smile on his face telling me he wanted me to do something.

"What do you want James?"

"Lily thank Merlin I found you! I need you to wear this Gryffindor scarf." He replied ignoring my tone in my voice.

"What?! Today it's warm and why would I wear it?"

"It's our lucky scarf so you have to wear it today if you want us to win." He was placing the scarf on my neck.

"Okay bye! See you at the after the game." He said winking at me and trotting to the changing rooms. I just blushed and smelled the scarf. Of course it was James' I could smell the wood cologne of James. I smiled at the thought in my mind when I smelled the cologne in Potions class. Ahh good memories.

I sat on the pith stands with Marlene at my side and Remus at the other side. Peter was seated besides Remus and besides Marlene was Alice and Frank. The Slytherins were wearing green and silver and the Gryffindors, Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws were wearing red and gold colors.

The game was on. The two teams entered the pitch. The Slytherin captain and James shook hands and it look that they were trying to brake each others hands. The referee blew her whistle and they were off. I didn't understood everything about quidditch but I knew the basics thanks to James and his classes.

James scored the first goal and the stands went wild. Sirius was swinging his bat like a mad person. The buldgers were hit with so much force the Slytherins almost fell. Our keeper block every quaffle he could but some passed but not as meany as the other keeper. We were winning the game.

Then every head turned and looked as the seeker from Gryffindor a girl in second year dived to grabbed a small golden winged ball. The snitch. The Slytherim seeker was not so far behind. While everyone got distracted James and the other chasers made goals and Sirius hit the buldgers like never before.

Everyone cheered as the girl grabbed the snitch in her hand and proudly showed it to the crowed.

"GRYFFINDOR WINS BY 240-80!!!" Everyone was on their feet and James came flying to the stands to me and gave me a kiss on the mouth while some even cheered louder and some like Sirius had a shocking face plaster in his face. I just kissed James back and he smiled in the kiss. He brooked the kiss and flew away.

I was walking through the corridors and a hand grabbed mine. I turned around and saw it was Sirius.

"No, no, no! I won't be going with you so you can lock me again." I said hitting him and trying to get away from him.

"No that's not it. I wanted to apologize for kidnapping you."

"I don't believe you."

"Well, a parrot told another parrot, because believe me they speak like parrots not like birds, that I locked you and told me to apologize."

"Hmmm that's a so much believable answer. I forgive you."

"Thanks now let's go they are all waiting for us I the common room." He said and grabbed my hand and started dragging me throughout the castle to the Gryffindor common room.
