A/N Dear Reader,

Thank you guys/girls/other for the 200+ views and very supportive comment! It means a lot to me. Also, please comment who you think Ben should be with: Erica or Zoe. Now, without further ado, here is chapter 4!

"Zoe, calm down," I said. "It was just a surveillance run!"

"This is a mission. That means we work as a team. If two of our members runoff in the middle of the night, the whole mission could be compromised!"

"No, it will only be compromised if the agents or agents were captured. Ben and I aren't going to be captured. Period. Stop making a fuss."

This was like a mental slap to Zoe. She and I both knew she was only overreacting just because Erica and I did something together. She knew she was getting mad for a petty reason, but wasn't ready to give up yet. To be honest, I understood how she felt. If Erica ran off with Mike in the middle of the night to do surveillance, I would be jealous, even though Erica told me she doesn't like Mike. I was trying to be reasonable with Zoe, but it was just annoying that she would get so mad about a surveillance run.

"But you could be, and none of us would know where you were," Zoe reasoned.

This was a valid point, and I turned to Erica. She only rolled her eyes.

"My grandpa and I have our ways of communicating. If I was really in trouble, he would know here I am,"

"How?" Zoe asked.

"It's too complicated for you." Erica said dismissively. "Goodnight, Ben,"

With that, she spun on her heel, and marched into the room she shared with Zoe. It would be an awkward night for them.

"Ben, I though you said you didn't want any relationships because they complicated missions." Zoe said, trying calling me out.

I knew she was trying to get me admit that Erica and I didn't just do surveillance. I wasn't going to admit to anything I didn't do. I decided not to mention the hot chocolate, because that would give her the wrong idea. Erica and I had been cold, and needed something to warm us up, right? Or was that Erica's idea of 'hanging out'?

"Ben?" Zoe asked.

"What?" I asked dumbly. "Oh. Erica and I just went on a surveillance run. Nothing else."

"Ok," she said, not fully believing me. I wasn't sure if I believed myself.

She spun on her heel, similarly to Erica, and went back to her room. I went back to mine, where Mike was giving me a big grin, standing right next to the door.

"Dude!" he said. "You have two girls fighting over you! And one of them is Erica Hale!"

"Mike, Erica is not fighting over me with Zoe. It's more like: Erica isn't really sure if she likes me, and Zoe is mad because I don't like her as much as Erica."

"You're discrediting yourself," he said dismissively. "You should sleep, and tell me what you did in the morning. You need to catch up on sleep."

I plopped on the bed, took off my shoes, and lay down, clothes still on. Mike was right, I needed sleep. I passed out, and what seemed like a second later, woke up to bright light in my face.

"Good morning to you!" Mike said brightly. The curtain was pulled back, and the sun was right it my eyes. I groaned, and rolled out of bed.

"Cyrus wants to be at the lobby in half an hour to eat breakfast in the restaurant here, then go to one of MI6's supply buildings."
