Chapter 4

Kaitlin's POV.

I wake up the next morning and ross was gone.

I get up to go look for him but on the way out of the room i hear his voice. it sounds like he's on the phone. i get curious and listen in on his conversation.

"Ok. ok taylor ill meet you there at 10:00 tonight. ok bye." he says hanging up the phone.

I quickly but quietly run back to bed when i see him heading towards me.

I jump in the bed and pretend that i'm asleep.

Once i feel ross getting under the covers i 'wake up'

"Well good morning ross" i say trying to sound sleepy.

"Morning beautiful. did i wake you?" he says.

"I don't really know" i say.

"I had a really weird dream last night" i say lieing already.

"What about?" ross asks.

"You and that other girl" i say.

"Oh" he says awkwardly.

"That makes me wander. what was her name?" i ask trying to see if the girl he kissed was the person he was just talking to.

"Oh. her names Taylor. but she means nothing to me" he says suspiciously

"Ok i was just asking the name. no reason to get all defensive." i say laughing.

"Oh" he says kind of embarrassed.

I think to myself. 'wait taylor's the person he was just talking to. i need more information'

"Hey! wanna see a movie tonight? maybe around 9:30, 10:00?" i ask.

"Can't. i have plans at 10:00" ross says.

"Oh. what kind of plans?" i ask already knowing that the plans he has is with that slut, taylor.

"I ummm i'm meeting up with a friend" he says trying to stall.

"Oh. what friend?" i say.

"You don't know them" he says.

"Dang Kaitlin. why so many questions?"

"No reason" i say.

"Come on. i know you better then this. what's up?" ross asks.

"Nothing" i say.

"If you have something to say to me just say it." he says.

"I hope you and Taylor have a fun time tonight!" i scream running out of the hotel room crying.

A few seconds later i hear someone calling my name. it was ross.

"LEAVE ME ALONE!!" i scream at him still running.

"WAIT!" he says.

Once he finally catches up with me he says

"Why do you think my plans are with Taylor?"

"Because" i say

"I heard you talking on the phone with her this morning."

"Oh." he says.

"Yeah. i heard you say i'll see you at 10:00" i say.

"Oh." he says again.

"Damn ross is that the only thing you can say?!?" i practically scream.

"Sorry. i'm just..shocked" he says.

"Shocked at what? that i found out about you and that little bitch?!?" i say screaming at him.

"No! that you don't trust me!!" he screams back.

"HOW COULD I WHEN YOU KISSED ANOTHER GIRL AND NOW YOUR PLANNING ON MEETING UP WITH HER!!! AGAIN!!!! BEHIND MY BACK LIKE I'M INVISIBLE!!!!" I scream.

"I'm meeting up with her because she has something to give me." he says.

"Yeah. her virginity!" i scream.

"No! a necklace." ross says.

"A necklace?" i say.

"Yeah. when i first started talking to her she said she liked my necklace so i gave it to her and when she found out that i had a wife she freaked out and ran away. something that you would do. she called me so we could meet up and she could give me my necklace back." he says.

"Oh." i say.

"I'm. i'm so sorry that i didn't trust you." i say.

"It's ok babe. i understand. i would do the same thing if i was you. i did a stupid thing that lost your trust. i get it. i'm sorry that i was gonna go behind your back." ross says.

"It's ok rossy" i say.

"I love you"

"I love you too" he says hugging me.

"Wow we do this a lot." i say.

"What? hug?" he asks.

"No" i say.

"Get in fights then make up like 3 minutes later"

"Oh. yeah we do do that a lot. haha" he says.

"Were crazy" i say.

"I'm not. you are" he says pulling away from our hug and smiling.

"Yes you are. admit it." i say.

"Ok ok. I'm crazy" he says.

"Thank you" i say smiling.

He grabs my hand and walks me back to the hotel room.

"So what are we gonna do today?" I ask.

"Lazy day?" ross offers.

"Perfect" i say.
