Izuku was sent to school on Monday. Inko informed about Izuku's health. The teacher kept her word of watching Izuku.

During play time, Izuku was alone in the bench. His teacher told him to not do anything but just to stay put in the bench. Izuku was an obedient child so he did nothing but followed the teacher's orders.

Izuku felt lonely so he sa sang. "Short steps and deep breath. Everything's alright." It was a song that his mother usually sang to him. "Chin up. I can't, step into the spotlight." He continued. "She said 'I'm sad' somehow without any words. I just stood there, searcing for any amswers. When this world is no more, the moon is all we'll see. All I'll ask you is to fly away with me." He stopped and felt better.

Little did he know, Katsuki was watching him from afar. He was amazed on how Izuku sings so good.

This happend for a week. Izuku sings then Katsuki listens. After a week, Katsuki watched him. "Um, Midoriya-kun? I'm sorry for bullying you." Katsuki apologized. Izuku smiled. "You can call me Izuku. You don't have to call me Midoriya-kun. I'm not older than you."

Katsuki was impressed on how easy-going Izuku was. Katsuki smiled and sat with Izuku. "Ok then, you can call me Katsuki." Katsuki smiled and extended an arm to Izuku. "Nice to-*cough*" Izuku did not finish because je continued to cough blood. "I-ikuku?! D-don't w-w-worry. I'll call o-our teacher."

Katsuki ran into the area near a forest-like park. "Teacher! It's Izuku! W-we were j-just t-talking a-and h-he started like c-coughing b-blood!" Katsuki cried.

"Ok Bakugo. Where is he now?" The teacher asked calmly. "H-he's s-still at the b-bench." Katsuki cried and ran to Izuku.

The other kids followed. After the teacher reached Izuku, she handed out a tissue and comforted him. "Midoriya, are you all right? Does your body hurt?" The teacher asked Izuku. Other students gathered at the back of the teacher. They were terrified. "Hey, that's the weird boy who didn't attend school right?"
"Don't get near him! He'll infect you!"
"Ewww is that blood?!" The students chatter with each other.

Izuku didn't mind nor did Katsuki and the teacher. "Izuku are you all right?" Katsuki asked. Izuku looked at him. "Y-yeah. I-i'm a-a-all right." He said while wiping the tears in his eyes.

Time flew quickly. It's been 2 months since Katsuki had been nice to Izuku. "You are really a 'deku'." Katsuki laughed.

Izuku didn't seem to understand that word. "What's a 'deku'?" He asked. "Well, its meaning is useless and dumb." Katsuki explained.

"But, I'll protect you Izuku! Can I call you Deku?" He chirped. Izuku replied. "Sure! But I have to call you Kacchan in exchange!" They both smiled and agreed with their nicknames.

The teacher smiled. Aren't they just the cutest when they get along?

"Haha! I won! I won! Now, gimme candies!" Katsuki said. They were playing Rock, Paper, Scissors that time. "Aww but I only have 1 left." Izuku sighed.

Katsuki had a great idea. "What if we just cut it into 2?! I'll bite first 'cause I won." He chirped as he opened the candy wrapper and took a bite and revealed that the halved it almost evenly. "Here! You can have the rest if you want!" Katsuki said as he gave the candy to Izuku. "Thank you Kacchan." Izuku said as he swallowed the candy.

A time comes when Katsuki got his quirk. "Hey Deku! Look at this! I got my quirk already!" He showed Izuku his mini explosions. "Woowww! I love it! I hope when I get mine it would be as cool as your's!"

Suddenly, a child was about to touch Katsuki's quirk. Without thinking, Izuku tried to move the fire away from him. "Midoriya, how... did you do that?" The child asked.

Izuku was surprised that he recived a quirk already. "I-i do-*cough* *cough*" Then, the coughing won't stop. The child called his teacher.

The teacher got the first-aid kit and gave Izuku some pain killers that the doctor had perscribed. "Here, Izuku take this pill. Also drink your water." The teacher handed him a pill and a glass of water. Izuku swallowed the bitter pill.

"How do you feel Izuku?" The teacher asked. Izuku replied. "I-i'm alright."

After Izuku's mother arrived, she took her son to the hospital. "Doctor, why did Izuku cough blood when he used his quirk?" Inko asked.

"Remember what I told you before? When this child recieves his quirk, he can be seriously injured. If he uses it, he might cough blood." The doctor explained.

"But, we need to train him use his quirk. We'll first know what his quirk really is." The doctor said. "Umm, doctor-*cough* when my classmate tried to touch Kacchan's mini explosions, I tried to move the fire away form him. It worked but when I tried to summon fires, it didn't."

The doctor took notes. "Ahh. You may control fire but cannot summon them. Let's name this quirk as Fire Control. You can still control them. You can put them out or make them do anything you want." The doctor smiled.

After that, they went home. Izuku told his mother stories about Katsuki and how they became friends. "Kacchan was like this and like that and I was like this and we laugh and smile!" Izuku tried using gestures to interpret Katsuki. "Looks like Katsuki is nicer to you. Is he nice to your other classmates too?" His mother asked. "Umm, I don't know since I was separated from them. But, I'm sure Kacchan will be like All Might one day! He's super duper cool! And his quirk was like boom boom and then he want to protect me from baddies and then the good guys win!" Izuku cheered. "I really like Kacchan. He's so cool and talented! I hope he'll be like All Might one day!"

Izuku continued babbling. His mother did nothing but listened to her child. The next day is going to be a big day for them because they are going to be graduating form kindergarden already.
