"DNA analysis? On a noumu?" Toshinori asked detective Tsukauchi. "We're not requesting your help for the investigation. So it'll constitute an information leak but, I came thinking I needed to tell you." He replied.
"We've found a clue towards finding the mastermind." Tsukaushi informed him. "From the time he was apprehended, we've tried everything. It seems he's not simply keeping his lips sealed; he won't react no matter what you do. Just as his name suggests, he's totally braindead. Then, we locked into his backround through his DNA analysis. And, he's got a criminal record. Battery and blackmail... we're only talking about a small time thug here." The detective told Toshinori. "Plus, we came to uncover that he has the DNA of at least four completely different people mixed into his own." He added.
"W-what? Is this... is it human?" Toshinori asked him. It looks as though his entire body has been tweaked and fooled around with by drugs and the likes. Putting it in cheaper terms, he's an artificial human who's been made to measure up to multiple quirks. Toshinori thought.
Just by the looks of the noumu, a sane human would run away, thinking that it's a mutated monster. An insane human would probably battle him to death... or something like that.
"The striking drop in his brain activity seems to be the result from that load on his body. In any case, the issue of his DNA is more germane than the state of his body. The fact that it contains multiple quirks, that is. Unless the DNA he's assimilated is some kind of advanced genetic familial permeation. He couldn't have aquired multiple quirks that way. Someone like you who holds One for All should understand that." The detective told Toshinori. "No, it's probably the work of... 'A Quirk That Can Grant Quirks'."

"The way you used your quirk... that damned justice-junkie All Might... he's lower than beginner when it comes to education!" Gran Torino laughed.
They both used the same expression... and the way he feigned senitily... this guy really is... All Might's teacher... Izuku thought.
"He ain't seeing after you so I figured I would!" Gran Torino added. "Now, wear it. The costume!"
Izuku went to change into his hero costume. "Hmm? A user's manual?" He said as he read it. To Mr. Midoriya, valued client, please take note that our humble company has taken it to ourselves to add some small changes to the material and design of the costume upon repairing it. Cuz to us... it looks cooler this way! The letter read. "Wahh..." Izuku cried.
I guess the support biz is full of people just like Hatsume... huh... Alright... so be it. At any rate, this'll be the first battle of my designed suit's beta... Izuku thought as he went to Gran Torino with his hero costume on. "I'm ready." He announced. "Please sir, teach me."
"But is it really okay? I mean... to be completely honest, I still can't handle it perfectly. So we need to head to a more open outdoor area. Plus, if I hit you with 100 percent by accident... then your body, Mr. Torino, it'll..." Izuku stuttered.
"Good grief... if you're just gonna blabber on and on, that gives me more reasons to move." Gran Torino jumped and Izuku was, once again, lost. "Huh?" Izuku asked. But Gran Torino kicked his back strongly, making him cough blood. Gran Torino kicked him again and again. It looks as if he's hitting him randomly. But to Izuku's eyes, he's not. He seems to notice a pattern. He turned of his invention and thought.
"So it's not just hitting you, then!? We're doing a mock battle!?" Izuku asked him. "Did you not witness my true strength just now?" His mentor asked him. "To think the ninth inheritor'd be such a soggy man... he's a damned novice to the end, that All Might!" He exclaimed.
