Izuku continued walking. From a distance, Toshinori was muttering 'no'. He wants his successor to win.
Why can't I stop?! My body, it won't follow me! Ojiro warned me about this and I didn't listen... crap. Stop! Izuku! Stop! Izuku did everything to stop himself from moving. I can't lose! Not like this! I can't lose!
Then, Izuku saw a light. He saw human beings. There were about 8-9.
Then, he thought of a plan.
He barfed out a liter of blood, right before the end of the ring. "Hah... hah... hah..." Izuku was in pain. Crap, I forgot to take my pills... but that lead me to victory too...
"WHAT IS THIS?! MIDORIYA HAD STOPPED?!" Everybody was surprised.
Izuku barfed out another set of blood. "My gosh, what is that?!"
"Should we call Recovery Girl?"
"Will he die?"
A lot of questions filled the whole arena.Izuku took his pills. He ran towards Shinso who still tried to make Izuku talk. At the end, Izuku ended up winning.
Shinso was out of the ring. He groaned. He stood up and walked out. "Hey Shinso! You really did an amazing job out there!" A few of his classmates complemented him. Izuku could see him smile a bit.
"S-shinso, why exactly do you want to become a hero?" Izuku asked him. "They'll consider transfers to the hero course. Remember that. Depending on the results. I may have lost this round but I'm not going to give up. I'll show them that I can be at the hero course. Then, I'll be greater than all of you." When Shinso finished. Izuku fainted due to the amount of blood he lost.
"W-what? M-m-midoriya, wake up. T-this is not a-a j-joke..." Shinso hurried to Izuku. Some of the audience noticed this. "Midnight, Midoriya, he fainted!" Ojiro yelled.
Katsuki looked to Izuku and rushed towards him. "Tell everyone I'll take care of this." He instructed Ojiro.
Katsuki carried Izuku to Recovery Girl's office. However, she isn't there. "What are you doing here Todoroki?" Katsuki asked Todoroki.
"Well, I figured that this might happen and by the way, Recovery Girl is not here." Todoroki glared at him.
"Well, tell me where she is!" Katsuki yelled. "Only if you let me carry Midoriya." Todoroki smirked.
Crap... I got myself into a fucking situation. But, Deku might die if he won't be brought to Recovery Girl... shit, I might need his help only for this time... only this time... Katsuki frowned. "You fucking win. Just get him to Recovery Girl." Katsuki pouted.
"Heh, looks like I win this round..." Todoroki whispered. He went to Recovery Girl's temporary office. Katsuki followed him, just to make sure his friend will survive. Fortunately, Izuku woke up right after Tetsutetsu and Kirishima's fight which was a tie.
Todoroki left Izuku with Recovery Girl for his next match.
"I couldn't smile at all." Izuku told Toshinori. "Well, it must have been tough for you to do that because of Shinso." Toshinori replied. "But, that still proves that I can't even reassure the people that I'm okay." Izuku sighed.
"Toshinori, what methods have you been teaching this child?! The poor boy, you're always pushing him!" Recovery Girl smacked Toshinori. "Ouch..." Toshinori felt his back.
"Oh, and Toshinori-sensei, I had a vision." Izuku told him. This got Katsuki's attention. "There were eight or nine... I don't exactly remember. But, when I wad being brainwashed, they appeared and snapped me out of it, causing me to vomit. One of them had your hairstyle. Could it be that those people are the previous people who inherited One for All?" Izuku described. "What the fuck. That looks like something you grabbed from a horror story or some shit." Katsuki sweared.
"Ah, that looks like something scary to be honest." Toshinori admitted. "W-what?! I thought you knew!" Izuku exclaimed. "I saw them once when I was younger. It's a sign that you are getting used to One for All. They are the traces of the quirk's past bearers. But, what ever they are, they can't directly influence or interfere you. That means that it wasn't for those people that you snapped back. Rather, your own strong will allowed you to see those faces." Toshinori explained.
"Well, I'm not convinced."
"So am I." Izuku and Katsuki smirked. "Shouldn't you be dealing with your next opponent?!" Toshinori scolded them."You disgrace me Shoto." Endeavor told his son. "You could have crushed the obstacle course and the cavalry battle if you had used your quirk. Stop rebelling like a weak child and start acting like a man. You are my greatest creation ever. You are built to surpass All Might. You are different from your brothers!" Endeavor scolded his son.
"That's all you gotta say? I will win this battle with my mom's power alone. I will not use your power in battle." Todoroki glared at his father. "You, will soon reach your limits, Shouto." Endeavor glared back.
Izuki and Katsuki got to the arena in time for Todoroki and Sero's fight.
As usual, Katsuki sat beside Izuku. "THE WAIT IS OVER! MOVING ON, WE HAVE HANTA SERO FROM THE HERO COURSE AND SHOUTO TODOROKI ALSO FROM THE HERO COURSE!" Present Mic informed the audience.
"I'm not in the mood for winning, but I'm also not in the mood for losing!" Sero told Todoroki. "READY? SET. GO!"
Todoroki battled with Sero. Sero wraped his tape around Todoroki but Todoroki freezed the whole arena.
This match was unsurprisingly quick. "D-do you t-t-think t-that was a-a b-bit o-over t-the t-top?" Sero joked. "S-sero, c-can y-y-you m-move?" Midnight asked. Half of her body was frozen in ice.
"A-are you k-kidding m-m-me? O-of course n-not!" Sero was getting hypothermia. "S-SERO I-I-IS I-I-I-IMMOBILIZED!" Midnight stuttered.
Everyone in the arena stared at how powerful Todoroki was. "Sorry, I over did it. I was just annoyed." Todoroki came closer to Sero and melted his ice.
Izuku was bothered about Todoroki. He can sense that something isn't right. He can sense that something, something inside Todoroki is sad.
