"No! Midoriya will live! He can't die!" Hatsume didn't believe Katsuki. "M-midoriya c-can't die! His d-dreams a-aren't yet fulfilled!" She continued. "You must be l-lying! H-he can't give up j-just yet!" She cried. "N-not yet..."
"Bastard, of course I don't want him to die!" Katsuki pushed Hatsume. "I obviously want hin to fucking live! But, I can't do anything that will help him in this fucking situation."
"Stop fighting. It's no use." Midnight stepped in. "No matter how you two fight, we can't say if Midoriya will or will not survive." Aizawa stood up. "If you two keep fighting, would Midoriya be happy? It would make him cry to see that his two friends are fighting because of him."
"A-aizawa-sensei..." Katsuki sobbed.
They were disturbed by Izuku's coughing. "Midoriya!" Hatsume rushed towards him. She hugged him tightly. "M-midoriya..." She cried. "H-hatsume?" Midoriya opened his eyes. "H-hatsume?! W-w-why are y-you crying?" Izuku asked her. Hatsume stayed silent, that is when he realized the truth. "Y-you found o-out, r-right?" He frowned.
Hatsume cried even more. Izuku chuckled. Hatsume noticed this. "W-why are you l-laughing?" She asked. Izuku smiled. "No need to cry. You'll just waste your tears on me. Besides, you can't change the future."
Katsuki went closer to them. "You never changed, not even a little." He smiled. Izuku looked at him. "What do you mean?" He asked. "Well, you always stayed positive. No matter how dark the situation is, you still manage to put a smile in your face. That is what everybody likes about you." Katsuki replied.
Their moment was disturbed when somebody knocked at the door. "Hey, it's Uraraka and... well... the whole class. May we come in?" The voice asked. Midnight opened the door. "Sure." She said.
Todoroki was the first to enter the room. "Why is Midoriya lying on the bed?" He asked Recovery Girl. "Yeah, and why does he have dextrose?" Ashido continued.
Katsuki went to them. "None of your fucking business." He glared. "You don't need to be rude. We were just worried. I mean, Midnight carried you all the way to Recovery Girl's office and... somehow that got me worried." Kirishima told Katsuki. "Worried?" Katsuki was confused. "I mean... it's Midnight! The R18 hero! Of course I- I mean we would be worried." Kirishima replied.
"But being carried by Midnight... should be a dream..." Mineta smirked. "You should be proud to be carried by the R18 hero!" He smirked again.
Sero and Tsuyu went up to him. "What do you think we should do to him?" Tsuyu asked Sero. "Hmm, we could wrap him with my tape." Sero smiled. "Let's do that then." Tsuyu said as she grabbed the purple midget. "W-what?!" Mineta exclaimed. Sero then used his quirk to wrap Mineta up. "That should get him to shut up for a while." He smiled.
Izuku laughed. "Pfftttt... you guys never fail to make me laugh." He laughed. Everybody sighed. "Well, I guess he's fine now." Yaoyorozu smiled.
The full day passed and Izuku was still confined in Yuuei. His mother came to greet him. "M-mom... I-i'm fine. N-no worries." Izuku smiled. "No worries?! You almost died! How could I not worry!" His mother cried. "I-i don't want to let you go..." She said.
Recovery Girl smiled at this scene. "You really cared for your child." She said. Inko looked at her and let out a sigh of relief. "Well, how could I not? I am his mother." She said.
Night came and Izuku was brought to the hospital. "Bye mom." Izuku waved. "Take care my baby!" Inko said as she closed the door.
Izuku was alone in the room. "10:36 pm..." He sighed.
Izuku felt the freezing wind hit him. "Hmm, it really is Christmas... Too bad I'm confined here..." He sighed.
He grabbed the blanket. He sobbed. "W-why do I-i have t-to be s-stuck alone..." He firmly hold them. "W-why?"
The white curtain sheets sway. Snow fell. "I-i n-never f-felt snow since... I was a c-child." Izuku muttered. He wasn't allowed to play because of his sickness. He always sat down in his bed and read books. It was much lonelier this time though...
He watched the snowflakes fall gently on the window. Izuku sobbed. He let out the tears that needs to be released. "W-why do I h-have to b-be lonely...?" He cried again and again.
The windows were left open by his mother. "I guess she forgot to close it." He said. Izuku released the thin blanket and stood. It was freezing. The wind rushed in like a blizzard but with a Christmas vibe.
As soon as Izuku approached the window, he heard laughs. There were children throwing snowballs at each other. There were some going from house to house, hoping that they would recieve some candy. And... there were some who enjoyed the holidays with their families.
Izuku moaned silently. "Why doI have to be stuck here?" He sobbed. His tears were needlelike. They were sharp and cold. They were freezing. Izuku looked up. "Why?" He cried.
He grabbed a chair and sat by the window. He closed his eyes. His tears kept flowing even though Izuku want them to stop.
His head were resting in his arms. Izuku breathed heavily. "Will I die without having to enjoy snow?" He began to feel sleepy.
Just as he was about to sleep, he felt something cold hit his face. "W-what the?!" Izuku stood up and looked down. He saw no one. "Looks like I'm imagining again..." He sighed.
When Izuku was about to go to his bed, his back felt the same coldness as his face recieved. "What the heck?!" Izuku exclaimed. He saw a pile of snow on the floor. "S-snow?" Izuku asked himself.
He looked at the window once more. "Midoriya!" Izuku heard someone called his name. "Yo Midoriya!" Followed by another voice. "Fucking Deku! Wake up!" Then another. "Midoriya..." Then the last voice came.
Izuku looked to where the voice was coming from. "K-kaccan?! Hatsume? Todoroki? Kirishima? W-why are you here?" Izuku asked them. "We're here to say 'Merry Christmas'!" Uraraka shouted. "All of 1-A and 1-H came!" Hakagure shouted.
"R-really?" Izuku sobbed. "Yeah! Merry Cristmas by the way!" Hatsume throwed another snowball at Izuku. "Pfftttt s-stop that!" Izuku laughed. Soon, the snowball fighting began. All were paired to one another. "Ready? Set. Go!!!" Izuku shouted.
Kirishima and Katsuki hid in one of the alleyways. Katsuki threw the balls and Kirishima made them. "Keep 'em commin', shit hair!" Katsuki yelled at Kirishima.
Uraraka sent the balls flying and Iida made the balls surprisingly fast. "Good job Uraraka!" Iida smiled.
Todoroki was paired with Yaoyorozu. They both create and throw balls at the other pairs. "Talk about teamwork..." Izuku whispered to himself as he sipped from the hot chocolate that was given to him.
The night was fun. Even Izuku had fun even though he was stuck on his room. "I wish I could play with you guys." He smiled. "It would be much better if you joined us. No worries... let's just hope you get better soon!" Ashido cheered him up. Izuku looked at Katsuki and Hatsume. Both were silent. They didn't say a word about Izuku's sickness. They kept it by themselves.
"Well, see you in class on January!" Izuku chirped. "See you Midoriya!" Everybody waved as they said goodbye.
