Back in Sydney Australia, everything was going fine in Destiny Roberts life. She had an amazing family, her friends at college managed to like her enough and she was an okay going girl .....

Until everything changed in an accident.

Destiny and her family were going on a long ride to Melbourne when a huge truck crashed into their van...BOOM!

Everybody were lying around. Bodies of her mom, dad, 10 year old brother, the truck driver and her. After arriving to the hospital everybody were admitted for a long period of time until everybody died due to a huge amount of blood loss.

Fortunately, Destiny was saved but had a heart surgery because of some minor damage in the veins and arteries of her heart.

After the accident, Destiny moved to Auckland New Zealand. She moved in with her aunt and uncle who had no children therefore they decided to keep her, since she was a kind an desirable girl with a high aim for good study.

It took her almost 2 years to get over the fact that her family was no more but she just had to admit the truth. After getting over the fact, she finally made a number of friends. She started to enjoy her life and appreciated herself a bit more.

Before her friends, Destiny blamed herself for the accident and that she was suppose to die in place of her younger brother. Her aunt and uncle explained her that it was not her fault but she realised it later after getting friends.

Destiny managed to score great marks and found herself in one of the top University's in NZ. Her friends Kate Brendon, Gabriel Stone, Jade Printon, Nora Stevenson and Patrick Benson also got into the same University as her and they all managed to stay as a team.

Finally, after 4 years of studying in the University, they all graduated from there and got jobs in there specialised areas.

Destiny moved out from her aunt and uncle but regularly visited them. She got an house for rent and started a new fresh start with her life. Even though she knew that she would face challenges, she was ready for it.
