CHAPTER 6

Destiny's P.O.V

Next morning, i woke up around 10:30. At least i'm not having breakfast and lunch together. I look at the mirror and see that i look like a small crazy lady with hair everywhere. Making myself, i realise that maybe Gabe would still be here...hopefully he listened to me last might about staying.....

Screw it... his probably gone.

I slowly go downstairs and find Gabe having cereal on the dinning table and reading the newspaper.

Seriously, it looked at if we were a couple..

"Hey! Good morning, sunshine" He says to me.

"Morning. You didn't go?" I ask, then i regretted asking that.

"You were the one asking me not to go before you got up...are you on drugs? Or do you have memory loss problems" He said as i was pouring milk in my cereal.

"No! I just thought you probably forgot.. or maybe not heard me" I said sitting on the other end of the table.

"I'm not a mental person"

We ate our food after that quietly. Then i realised that  he got up before me.

"So what time did you get up?" I ask.

"Ummm... maybe 9:30?.... Yeah it was around that time"

"Woah! I guess you're a morning person. What's your plans for today?"

"Nothing much. But firstly, getting home and cleaning myself and changing. After that something can happen. What about you?"

"Me? Well.. i'm gong for clothes shopping. I really need clothes. It's like i wear the same thing every second day" I said miserably.

After breakfast, Gabe goes home. What a pleasant way to start my day!
Looking through my wardrobe, i find a ripped jeans and blue long sleeved top....(it's raining out of nowhere).....to wear.

Having a long shower, i get dressed. It's not a good day for shopping but I've got to get clothes. Not all malls are usually open on public holidays but some, so i head out to the closest one.

Gabe's P.O.V

Last night happened without me knowing half of it. I didn't realise that i had dozed of on Destiny's couch...well it was comfortable.....can't say much can i?

When i reached home, i took a quick shower and changed into my most comfortable clothes and sat on my bed thinking what i should do during the day , when my phone started ringing.

It was Patty....predictable.

"Hey, bud!" He says when i answer it.

"Hey, sup?"

"I just wanted you to come over at my house today. We got business to talk about"

"Business, seriously? What's the deal?"

"You come over and then we'll discuss about it"

"Okay, i'll be there in 20" I say.

"Ok, and bring some pizza on the way...you know with extra cheese" He says and hangs up.

I get my wallet and get out of the house. I felt so lazy, and Patty wants to talk about some business. It's probably about last night.

Yep, that's the catch, he wants to talk about Destiny.

I head to Hell's Pizza and get a pepperoni pizza with smoked BBQ sauce and extra cheese. After 10 minutes the pizza is ready, i pay for it and head to Patty's place.

This is why i like Hell's Pizza, they are freckingly fast....

When i reach there,i notice that Katey's car is also there. Now i'm thinking my guess was correct about what type of business Patty wanted to talk about. Getting inside everybody literally attacks the pizza and leaves only 2 pieces for me.

Well i wasn't that hungry after a great breakfast at Destiny's.

"So Patt's, why did you call me?" I ask sitting in the living room. 

"We wanted to talk to you about Destiny" Katey said.

Boom! See i was so right!

"Yeah, what about her?"

"We don't want you to feel left out. That's why we came up with a plan for you to tell Destiny about how you feel" Katey says eyeing me.

"I don't think that would work. I mean she doesn't even seem interested in me" I say taking a bite of my last piece.

"Oh you don't worry. See how Patty and Nora were and are now. That's just a glimpse of your relationship with her"

"Specking of Nora, where is she?" I ask.

"She went for shopping with Destiny so that she doesn't get suspicious" Patty answered.

"Now listen to my plan carefully because it's only you and Patty that's gonna do majority of the work" Katey says strictly. After telling us her plan, Patty and i look at each other in confusion.

"Will that work?" He asked.

"Yeah..like it's too complicated. And i hotel... will she agree on coming?" I ask.

"You guys seriously don't know me do you? I'm her closest friend and she will agree after i manipulate her" She says with a evil grin.

Patty just looks at me an gives me a sympathetic look.

Poor me. I'm going to be doomed.

As soon as Katey finishes her pizza and goes to the kitchen, her phone rings. Few minutes later, she comes in with a sad look on her face.

"Guys, i gotta dash"

"What? Why? What happened? Who was on the phone?" I ask sensing trouble.

"No, it's nothing. Nora just called for me to join them. I'll tell the plan to her, so see you in the evening" Saying that she leaves.

Well that was weird...... i didn't believe Katey. Something was wrong. I looked at Patty and he didn't seem to notice the fact that she lied... probably.
