This link discusses the gender identity of Odin. I'm not an arsloche like this usually but I'm going to stand up for someone I believe in. I'm not one for snapping down Queer Theory or the Queer Community (since I'm in the Community) but this needs to stop. I'll say it like this:
The divine is a mystery, it's that simple. How it is identified is more about ritual and tradition as well as how they are presented in stories rather than actual knowledge. The forms of the male gods have that figure due to their perception of what they are born as. Same thing goes to the female goddesses. (The exception is Loki since he was born to be whatever gender he wished)
Please stop trying to fit your ideas into the Heathen Hole please it's mildly insulting when you label an immortal being as something they're not.
