If you want to you can read the Eddas written by Snorri but I will tell you they were written by a Christian man that never in any way shape or form recognized the Gods and Spirits of his Ancestors. Most things rewritten by a Christian shouldn't be trusted since they did after all insert Christian aspects into old stories. Take Beowulf for example. They did that so their religion would seem like it has always been here and they also wanted to seem more powerful. His writings have also been deemed inaccurate by Heathen writers and modern scholars.

The victor after all, does write history.

While I do respect Snorri for being a bit more respectful his writings still shouldn't be taken as knowledge.

Also if you want me to explain something or give my personal thoughts on something I'll gladly answer you.
