You know what I think is funny?
Even though Snorri was told by a King to write down all of the old stories and he did just that. He only wrote down the Conversion era versions of the stories.
For example the story of the Hulder and how they were made.
But the part I think is funny, even though he wrote down those versions the actual pre conversion ones were written down by other people and those are the ones that discredit Snorri.
I just thought it was funny. He wasted his time thinking his ones would be the only 'true ones' but in truth it's the originals that whooped up on him.
