In the beginning of time, did relationships ever mean that much? In the end of time, will they really even matter?

These are the questions that I asked myself when deciding if I should time travel(if I ever got the opportunity of course). Anything that was able to distract me from life was good enough for me.

"Hey, Aves." Hayes said as he walked into our hotel room. I was hanging off the bed face down. "Are you alright?" He said slowly and carefully.

"I'm just thinking," I mumbled as I sat up. "Jack keeps acting weird and I don't know why."

Hayes sent me a glance and quickly looked away.

"You don't think..?" I asked, looking at him. He had a worried look on his face and gave me a small shrug.

"I didn't say anything," He said. "Ask Nash and Cam."

I let out another one of my loud groans and slowly walked out of the room.

When I got to their room, the door was wide open. I walked in and saw Aaron, Taylor, Nash, and Cam sprawled out across the very messy room doing God knows what.

"Uh, hey guys." I said. They all said their hellos and I walked over to Nash.

"You didn't tell anyone about the kiss, right?" I whispered in his ear. He gave me a very serious shake of the head before saying that Cam hadn't either.

"Okay, I guess I'll see you guys later then." I smiled. I quickly walked out of the room and sat down in the middle of the hallway, not caring if there were people trying to get through.

If Jack wasn't mad at me about the kiss, why was he acting like this?

Right then my mind started playing through some terrible scenarios that I wish I wouldn't have imagined, and I couldn't handle it. I pushed myself up off the floor and darted straight for his room.

Once I got there, I politely knocked on the door and composed myself for whatever was about to happen.

Jack opened the door and looked happy to see me, but his smile quickly faded.

"Hey, we need to talk." He said quietly.

I nodded. "Yeah, I think we do."

He opened the door more for me to come in. I walked inside and sat down on the bed.

"Ava, I really messed up." He said as he turned around. I saw tears welling up in his eyes.

I realized that this wasn't about me. It wasn't about me at all.

"Jack," I said so slowly and soft that you could barely hear me. "What happened?"

"I screwed up. I screwed everything up. That's why I've been such a dick. It was never about how you and Matt dated. It was always about me." He said. "It was right before we left."

I finally understood what was happening.

"Jack, did you cheat on me?" I asked, suddenly being very uncomfortable. I stood up and crossed my arms over my chest.

He didn't respond. He just shook his head back and forth.

"I'm such a dick head. I screwed everything up."

"Oh my god," I said louder this time. "You cheated on me."

"Ava, you have no idea how-"

"No, don't you dare." I said, this time with tears in my eyes.

"Don't."

He started pacing around the room frantically.

"You have to believe me, it didn't mean anything!"

"How can I believe you? Hell, how can I believe anything you've ever told me?!" I screamed this time.

"I'm sorry. I know that won't fix anything, but I'm sorry."

I scoffed. "Go screw yourself with your sorry."

I opened up the door and slammed it behind me, still unable to comprehend what just happened.

I wiped the tears under my eyes and made sure I looked presentable before walking down the hallway to my next destination. I couldn't cry around these boys anymore. They probably are already done with me.

When I got to the room, I knocked just as I had a few minutes before on Jack's.

When he answered the door, I gave him no time to speak nor think before attaching my lips to his.

He stumbled back and pulled away.

"Ava, what the hell?!"

"Don't 'what the hell' me, god damn it! Kiss me!"

"Ava, if this is some sort of revenge on Ja-"

"Don't say his name. Just kiss me."

He obeyed my command.

like for real though I wrote this and I wasn't expecting that

but there is someone that Ava is most definitely using to get her mind off of things and you don't know who it is soooo who is it????
