Apparently my heart disagrees.

Everything makes me sad
These days.
Commercials on tv,
Love songs on the radio,
Imaginary relationships gone off the rails.
I shouldn't be surprised
When my house of cards
Comes collapsing down
Around me.
I shouldn't be sad
because-
Let's face it,
When does a card house
Ever stand secure?
