As I expected, I had to skip school the past few days because I was sick. I hated missing out on class, knowing that I was falling behind and losing my place as one of the top students. Jungkook was probably relishing in the moment of not having any competition, and him being on top for the time being.

My cheeks heated up just thinking about him. For the past few days, I've had an excuse to not see Jungkook after our rather intimate encounter. I'd be lying if I said I haven't thought about it at least 10 times a day.

Today, I'm finally going back to school.

"Calypso! Baby!" Jennie shouted as she spotted me in the hallway.

"I was so worried about you! How are you feeling?" She tackled me in a hug.

"I'm glad to be back, but also not glad" I said a little bitterly. Going back to school meant having to see Jungkook.

We entered our class, and I walked up the aisle to my seat.

I took a seat beside the brown haired boy that I dreaded to see. His head immediately turned to me, observing the side of my face.

"How are you feeling?"

"I'm.. uh fine" I mumbled with a straight face. I started rummaging through my bag, pretending to look for something to avoid the awkward conversation.

"Here are the sheets you missed from yesterday. We also got our science tests back, Mrs. Song said you could get it after class" Jungkook said as he passed me the papers.

"Thanks" I said with a forced smile. I grabbed the papers from him, and felt a shiver down my spine as his hand brushed mine. The small contact caused tingles and sparks along my skin. Why am I reacting this way?

"Yesterday I assigned your groups for the upcoming drama project. Since you know who you are working with, I suggest you spend sometime getting to know each other, as this project is demanding and it is necessary for you all to be comfortable with each other."

"Now, I will be assigning a scene to each group, each a different genre. I expect you to fully communicate not only the script, but to dive deep within yourself and show me your passion as young actors." My drama teacher said dramatically.

She continued to read the assigned scenes from her book.

"the group with Taehyung, Jennie, Calyspo and Jungkook. Your assigned genre is..." she lowered her reading glasses "Romance. Come up to collect the script"

I gave Jennie a look of horror, however she gave me a look a excitement.

"Romance! This is my chance to get closer to Taehyung!" Jennie whispered.

I scowled, I was hoping for a genre like comedy or mystery, but definitely not romance.

Our teacher then gave us time to discuss with our group. Jennie and Taehyung pulled up chairs near our desks, so we sat in a circle.

"So, I think we should meet up this weekend, and decide the roles and all the details. After that, we can meet on a regular basis and start practicing" Jennie said bubbly.

"Where are we going to meet?" I asked our group.

" I would offer  my house, but my parents banned me from bringing anyone over ever since the crazy rave last week. They think I'll reck the house again" Taehyung scoffed.
Wow, he must be a hard core party guy.

"We could go to my parents' house. I'm gonna be there all weekend anyway." Jungkook said with a sigh. "My parents' want a weekend of "quality time" with their sons, so I'll be there."

"So it's settled!" Jennie affirmed.

"On Sunday Taehyung and I finish Baseball practice at 3:45, so let's meet at 4. " Jungkook confirmed.
