I crossed the busy street that led to our school, weaving through students and strangers rushing to their destination. A young boy ran by my side, accidently roughly shoving me. I was pushed off balance, and all of a sudden, I stumbled away from the cross walk and into the traffic of the nearby cars. I was in the centre of a lane and a car was speeding right towards me. My heart stopped beating as the blinding headlights of the car came closer and closer, not slowing down. I was frozen. I couldn't move. I closed my eyes, ready for the impact. But it didn't come. A pair of arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me away from danger. I opened my eyes and through the sunlight I saw the face of my saviour. Jeon Jungkook grinned at me, the sunlight cast a halo around him.

"You had me worried there for a second, Cal" he leaned closer to me.

He connected his lips with mine. At first the kiss was slow, but then the motion of his lips on mine began to speed up. I couldn't resist, so I kissed him back. Suddenly his mouth left mine and started kissing my neck, moving downwards. All I could feel was pure bliss. Am I in heaven?

A ringing sound pierced my ears. My eyebrows furrowed. What is this awful sound interrupting this perfect moment?

My eyes shot open. I stared at the ceiling of my room, listening to the annoying ring of my alarm.

I scowled. It was all a dream.

I frustratedly sat up on my bed and turned my alarm off. It's 8:00 am on a Saturday morning. It's the day after our drama performance.

After yesterday's events, Jungkook hasn't left my thoughts for a second. No matter how hard I try to think of something else and and distract myself, he just keeps coming back. And trust me, I've tried. Today I decided to not sleep in as I usually would because I need to get some errands done. Our school field trip was coming up and I need some essential items for the trip.

Trying to shake the persistent thought of Jungkook from my mind, I hastily stood from my bed and started to get ready for the day. Walking towards the bathroom, my leg caught the corner of my desk and I stubbed my toe and crashed to the ground.

Pain shot through my body as I reached to cradle my toe.
Wow, what a great start to the day.

Fortunately after that, the rest of my morning routine was pretty uneventful.

I grabbed my keys and head out the door. As I busied myself with locking the door, I heard some rustling behind me. I froze in place, feeling a shiver down my spine. Someone is behind me. Panic shot through me as I removed my key from its lock, and was ready to wield it as a weapon of self defense as soon as I turned around. My muscles tensed as I spun around quickly, facing whatever was behind me. My heart sped up even more at what I saw. It wasn't a stalker, it was Jungkook, leaning against the wall across from my door. He was in an white shirt that clung to his upper body a little too much, and grey sweatpants hung loosely from his waist. His hair was ruffled and he had a sleepy glint in his eyes.

"Hey princess." He rasped.

I momentarily was speechless.

"Uh um. Hi" I said stupidly. Jungkook laughed lightly and pushed himself from the wall. He stepped towards me. He tucked a strand of my hair behind my ear as he observed my expression.

"You're blushing."

"No I'm not!" I quickly stuttered, taken back by his observation. Fuck, I am blushing.  I stood there, waiting for Jungkook to mock me about it, but he didn't.

"Had a rough morning?" He asked.

I nodded.

"Yeah, I could tell. My alarm today was the sound of you crashing to the floor." He smirked.
