Sweet Pea and Sophia joined the others back at the camp.

"Soph, where did you go?" Tommy asked, sat at a chair with someone leant over his arm.

"Just around," she replied. "What are you doing?"

"He's getting his tattoo." The man doing it looked up. "Hi. I'm FP, Jughead's dad."

"Are all of the dad's in this town hot?" Sophia asked. "Hi. Sophia Putnam." She shook his hand.

"Sit down, dilf hunter." Cheryl laughed. "Toni's gonna prep for yours."

"Oh, yeah. Where do you want it?" Toni asked, putting on a pair of gloves.

As Tommy got his on his forearm, Sophia decided to get hers on her neck.

"What are your parents gonna say about this?" FP asked as he now worked on her tattoo.

"Well, I expect I'll have to tell them first. And somehow explain that I let Thomas join as well." Sophia said.

"I'll tell them." Tommy said. "Anyway, after the revelations since moving here, that can't exactly reprimand you."

"You know, Sophia, I remember when you lived here." FP said. "You were a headstrong kid then. And so far, I hear not much has changed."

"That's true." Jughead said. "But the sort of person who will be an asset to us, for sure."

Everyone was hanging out, listening to music, having a few drinks.

"So, you disappeared last night." Dean said to Sophia. "Where did you go?"

"Does it matter?" She asked.

"You got initiated into the serpents and then went walk about. I'd say it matters." Tiny said.

"She was busy." Cheryl smirked.

"Busy?" Veronica asked. "In what way?"

"Does this have something to do with why Reggie was looking for you?" Betty asked.

Sophia shrugged but smiled. "We may have had our own kind of party."

"Soph, we've not even been here a week and you're already working on the local boys, do you ever have a break?" Tom asked with a laugh.

"You and Reggie Mantle?" Fangs asked. "Didn't think he'd be your type."

"I don't have a type, Fangs. I just like sex." Sophia lit up a cigarette.

"I can't believe you're having this conversation in front of your brother." Toni said.

"I really don't care." Tom said.

"So, how was it?" Veronica asked.

"Don't need to know that, thanks." Sweet Pea said. "If you wanna have girl talk and get the details then by all means do. But we don't wanna know."

Later on, everyone had split off to do their own thing. Sophia and Tommy went home.

"Hi kids, how's it going?" William asked.

"What are you wearing?" Trisha asked.

"Don't freak out." Tommy said. "But we've joined the Serpents."

"The what now?" Patricia asked.

"The South Side Serpents." Sophia said. "They're a gang."

"Of course, they are." William said. "How did you find them?"

"Some of our friends are in it." Tommy said. "Including Sweet Pea."

"Your old friend, Sweet Pea?" Trisha directed her attention to Sophia.
