Beam paced around the luxurious penthouse of Forth which looked extravagant but less shiny than the hotel suite they met.

It took a whole floor of the building and also had upstairs which was led by a wooden curved staircase. The main door opened to the living room.

In down stairs, there was kitchen and and a room where there was a pool table and also some kind of a library which Beam took as Forth's office room. The kitchen was rather ordinary; which included a kitchen counter and a dining table.

Upstair had like 2 bedrooms and a master bedroom. A theater room and such a high class bathroom; which looked like a mini house than a bathroom, with a TV and a closet and all. The bath itself is almost big as Beam's previous room.

Forth led him to a sliding door which opened to an outdoor area, which had a terrace, roof garden and a swimming pool.

Beam stood on the terrace and looked at Forth with widened eyes.

Forth smirked at him, leaning against the door.
"Welcome to my humble home"

Beam stood frozen in the middle of the master bedroom.

"I'm sleeping here!?"

"Yeah" Forth replied like it's the most obvious thing in the world.

"Whaaaa"

Forth chuckled. "What? You just signed up for a sexual relationship with me but you can't bring yourself to sleep in my room"

"That's not..."

Forth led him to the couch and made him sit on his lap. He snaked his arms around Beam's waist and pulled him towards him.
Beam shuddered when Forth snuggled the crook of his neck, inhaling his scent. He was afraid that, he would feel disgusted when a stranger used his body as he please. But this....this does not disgust him at all. He likes it even.

Well not exactly 'like'. But he had a positive feeling. Maybe it's because Forth is hella attractive. Or maybe because he is hella rich. Or maybe because he had a private swimming pool. He didn't really know. But he felt his body gave into Forth's touches.

Beam's mind filled with a strange kind of guilty pleasure. Maybe it's this situation. Maybe it's because he is selling his body. But that guilt and filthiness he was feeling  was turning him on. It was intoxicating when the older man started dragging his hands on his sides.

Forth smirked into his neck.
"You have this youthful aura, that freshness of the youth. It's turning me on"

Beam tilted his head, exposing his neck to the older man.
"Of course. I'm really young" he said, bitting his lip when Forth licked his neck.

"How old are you?"

Beam scoffed. "I thought you knew. After all you are a 'Quoram  heir' aren't you?"

"I wanna hear that from you"

"My age?"

"You are weird" Beam looked at him. "I'm 19"

Beam leaned down to kiss Forth's neck. "You must be like 20 years older than me"

"15 actually"

"See you are almost twice of my age"

Beam pulled back.
"so...you never said how much you are gonna pay me"

Forth chuckled. "Oh! I'm not gonna pay you anything"

"What!?"

Forth shrugged. "Why do you need money anyway? I already paid for this semester. I paid for your previous room. You have a nice place to stay. Oh and feel free to use anything. You can eat whatever you want here. What else do you want?"

Beam was dumbfounded. Actually Forth has a good point that make no sense.
"I don't know...books?"

Forth looked at him with hint of seriousness in his eyes. "name any book you want, I will by it for you" he said. "I won't give you cash. But I will give you anything. Do you wanna go clubbing? OK. I'll even get you a VIP card. You wanna go shopping? OK I will take you to best shops and buy you anything you want. I'll buy you anything; Gucci, Prada, Chanel...any designer item. I would even buy you a Limo if you ask"

Forth placed his hand on Beam's nape and made him, look at him.
"All you have to do is ask. Well you don't really have to ask. I'll buy you whatever I want for you when I feel like, which means very often. But keep in mind that I'll give you anything. All you have to do is ask"

Beam smirked.

"I want a car. Same model as you"

Forth grinned. "Mine is custom designed. It's the only model in the world. You will have to wait sometime"

Beam pouted. Forth is giving him the game. Why not enjoy playing?

Forth let out a soft sigh. "How about I buy you a CRV? Isn't it nice and convenient for a college student?"

"When?"

Forth kissed Beam's cheek, and got amazed by it's softness.
"You will drive it to school tomorrow"
