Every time I see you cry
It's like a silhouette in the night.
There's a beautiful moon right behind
The shadows in the light.
Every time I see you smile
It's like there's a rainbow in the sky.
Fresh, open air, and the blue is dyed
The colors of sunshine.
Every time I hear you laugh
It's like serene music in a flash.
Melodies reverberate and dance
The lithe strides in command.
Every time I feel you breathe
It's like warm pie with sides of ice cream.
Sweetness so delicate it teases
The keen tongues with daydreams.
