The quiet solitary night
is the biggest of my delights,
for night can be called day,
yet day cannot be called night.
And so I say the heat and light
of the sun at midday invites
the most comforting of all plights,
But I prefer the day when the sights
are filled with stars that shine bright
-er than than day.
