K.C pulled up to Brantley's house with Kolby and the guys right behind her surprisingly. Surprisingly also, bet you guys can take one guess who thought her man was home and came running out the house? The blondes smile completely left her face when she seen K.C jump from the driver seat.
"Show me proof you connivin ass bitch. Now." Her voice was the same as it was on the bus with Brantley. Amber looked terrified as she pulled out her phone before the redhead made it all the way to her. "Baby she just showed up, with a bunch of guys." K.C's rage caught up with her. "You fuckin right I am, bitch! You and his fuck ass. Show. Me. Proof. I'm bout to start bustin shit. Startin with your fuckin face." Amber put her phone on speaker and held it out with a smug look for K.C. "Kassidie, you do anything and I'm gunna call me cops." K.C looked at her team and laughed, taking Amber's phone and breaking it in half, tossing back to her. "I done knocked his ass sweetheart, your best bet is to just show me proof." Amber kept dodging her eyes and it made K.C even more angry, if it was possible. K.C narrowed her eyes at the blonde, "You're a fucking liar, aren't you? You couldn't stand you made him miserable and I made him happy. You're a low ass bitch. How you gunna lie about having a baby?!" That's when the blonde smirked, "Aw, does it hurt you can never give him what he wants and I can? He doesn't want you K.C, no man does." Cue in Jason's snort, "You're Michelle to her Beyonce sweetheart, don't try and hype yourself." K.C wanted to slap her forehead as she rolled her eyes. She was thankful though, she knew the guys weren't going to butt in, even Kolby surprisingly enough.
"If you even knew what you'd turned him into on the road, I'm sure you'd see him a lot differently. You need jesus, bitch." Amber made the bold move to slap K.C, causing the guys to make 'oh shit' faces. K.C did her just like Brantley, one swift punch to her nose and she was done, running back in the house with blood down her face. K.C was shaking, the majority of her things were in there and she didn't ever want to step foot in there again at the moment. "Come on sissy, let's get the fuck out of here." Kolby came and put his arm on her shoulder, but the look she gave him made him move it and nod to Jason. The samoan didn't say a word as he just picked her up bridal style and got back in their truck, pulling out and heading anywhere but there. The redhead snuggled into his chest, finally feeling the weight of everything. Jason didn't say a word, kissing the side of her head and running his hand over her hair.
Jax and Mars were pissed as well. K.C meant just as much to them as anyone else, even if they were the more quiet of the group. They hated seeing their former leader so hurt, especially over a guy. And especially when they had seen her physically hurt way worse.
What really sucked, was the blue and red lights that began flashing behind them. Kolby seethed, "No the fuck he really didn't." He watched as the Sheriff, a man who had pulled K.C, Kolby, and Brantley over more than, well, just a lot. "K.C in there Kolby?" His old southern voice drew through the cab of the truck. "You takin me in, Billy?" Sheriff Billy actually looked like he didn't want to for once, "Kolby can follow me and start the bail process. You get out now, I ain't gunna cuff you." She sighed, making Jason squeeze a bit more and her pat his arm. "I'll be good. Not the first time." She winked at him and opened the door, hopping out and heading to his old Chevy caprice cop car. "Don't go back there, sit up front." She nodded at him, fully expecting him to be a bit harsh to her.
"What's goin on honey?" He asked as soon as she shut the door and she let it all pour out. No way was Amber going to ruin her, or make her run, or make her fear. She told him about her mom, about the baseball game and it making her leave. She had no idea why, but she told me man more than most knew. Sheriff Billy was at a loss for words when she finished and they pulled into the station with the guys right behind them. "Girl, I can tell you now. That Gilbert boy has always been dumber than a stump. Especially when it came to her. I know it all sucks right now, and you're angry as hell, but you have to stand taller and be the better person. Stealing his truck and beatin her up ain't gunna get you no where but another ride with me." K.C nodded, holding her head down. "Now, the daddy side of me, is damn proud of you for standing your ground and not taking shit from a man. You're a good girl K.C, that temper just gets ya too quick. Ya know what? Go on, get. Go find somethin else to get in to and stay away from Brantley's. I'm trusting you, aight? I'm not puttin you in a cell for this shit." Her eyes grew wide, "You ain't gotta get in trou--" "You heard me girl. Go. Before I change my mind." He winked at her and she couldn't help but lean over and hug him. "I knew you always loved me." She smiled a bit before being serious, "Thanks Sheriff. Really." He just rolled his eyes and nodded, watching as she hopped out and made her way over to Kolby.
