I was four beers and several shots of vodka deep into the poker game. Or at least that's what James and Jackson told me afterwards. Anyway, I had just lost the last chips I had on me. Normally I'm an excellent poker player. As in I never lose, but being drunk kind of hindered my skills.

"It was lovely playing uh...what was your name again?" Damien, the guy I was sorely losing poker to, asks as he starts to pack up his winnings.

"Rixton and I'm not done yet." My words were slow and weighed down by the amour of alcohol I've consumed.

"Rix you don't have anything left to bet. Lets just call it a night." James's very annoying voice hisses in my ear.

I lift a hand to wave him off. "Yes I do." I Times to sound confident, but I just sound drunk.

Damien arches an eyebrow at me. There was a look of amusement on his face that I want to smack off. "And what could you possibly have that would spark my interest?"

A smirk forms on my lips. At least I hope it was a smirk and I didn't look stupid. "I have this." I announce as I pull out my gun and hold it up.

"Rixton are you crazy?" James snaps. "Your dad gave you that."

"I think it's time we got him out of here." Mason whispers.

Damien leans forward. "Let me see it." I pass it to him and he looks it over. "This will do."

"Then deal." I says with a satisfied smile.

"Rix you are an idiot." James snaps irritably.

"Shut up." I snap back as Damian deals the cards. Once the cards are dealt I look at mine. Shit. One pair. How am I supposed to win with one pair?

"You ready Rix?" Damien asks.

Him using my nickname causes my jaw to clench. "Just show your cards."

Damien smirks before flipping over his cards. "Flush."

"Dam it." I flip my cards over and am greeted with a laugh from Damien.

"Better luck next time." Damien says as he pulls the gun, my gun, off the table.

If it weren't for James holding me back, I would have lunged across the table and strangled him. "Lets go. You lost." He says as he drags me away from the table.

I shout who knows what at Damien as James and Mason pull me out of the room. After I accidentally kick Jackson in the face, he stays out of the way.

"He cheated." I scream as we get outside.

"No you just lost." James shouts back. He lets go of me and I drop to the ground.

"Ow. Why are you yelling?" I ask and and push myself to my feet. Everything spins around me making me dizzy.

"No you're just drunk." Mason says from his spot leaning against the building we just exited.

"And an idiot." Jackson mumbles.

"I heard that." I grumble before swaying on my feet.

James shakes his head and steps forward, placing his hand on my back to steady me. "Lets get you back to the hotel."

"I hate you." I mumble as James leads me away from the building.

"Yeah yeah. Love you too." James mumbles.

The boys leave me to stumble and fume alone as we walk back to the hotel. I'm almost a hundred percent sure Damien cheated. I don't know how, but he did. If only I wasn't drunk and had paid more attention to him. I would get my gun back.

"Hey watch it!" I snap as someone rams into my shoulder as they walks past me.

"Then move." A little red headed girl snaps back at me before continuing to walk away.

"Rix you coming?" James asks.

I blink, realizing I was staring at the girl who ran into me walk away. Or did I run into her. "Yeah." I mumble and turn back around. "To the hotel."
