That Summer Day

Chapter 4

6:30 p.m.

Airplane

(They were now on board the plane and seated at the back where there were no people cause yeah)

    Kawaii Chan got a seat next to Zane. Travis with Katelyn. Garroth with Vylad and Laurence. Aaron with Aphmau. (Yeah all the ships together)

 -Garrence-

   Vylad immediately fell asleep after a few minutes, he sat next to the window. Garroth and Laurence, however, were playing games on the TV. 

"Come on, come on..."

"Ha! You'll never catch up to me!"

   In the end, Garroth lost.

"Woohoo!" 

"Aw, come on! That's not fair!"

"How do you even do this?"

"It is actually pretty simple."

"How?! It was sooo hard!"

"I can teach you if you want."

 "You would?"

"Yeah, you're my best friend after all."

"Geeze, you didn't have to say that. Thanks. Wanna eat while playing?"

"Sure"

   Garroth took out some snacks he packed from his bag and shared some with Laurence. They had a fun time together playing games and Garroth had a fun time especially when Laurence taught him how to win. While playing, they also talked about what places were they going to visit when they landed. They wanted to go to the ThemePark, watch movies together and play at the beach. Most important of all, they wanted to eat food :).  (They also played games on their phones)

 -Armau-

   Aaron let Aphmau sit by the window. She was looking out and watching the plane take off.

"Look, Aaron! We're getting higher! The buildings look so tiny from up here!"

"I can see that."

"The clouds look so fluffy and cute!"

"Just like you."  

     Aphmau paused at that sentence. She started blushing so hard and buried herself in her hands.

"W-what are y-you even saying..."

"It is true." He lifts Aphmau's head up

"You are cute and beautiful just like the clouds and the angels in the sky."

"You will always be my number one."

 "...T-thanks."

    They stayed silent for a while. A few moments later, Aphmau started yawning.

"You tired?"

"N-no, I'm fine..."

"Well, I think you should go to sleep. Here sleep on my shoulder I won't mind."

"No, it's fine..."

    Aphmau yawned again and slowly closed her eyes. Her head tilted to the side and she drifted off to sleep on Aaron's shoulder.

"Now, look who's saying she's not tired."

-Travelyn-

     They were like the most quietist. They did not even speak. Travis was waiting for Katelyn to talk and Katelyn was waiting for Travis to talk. After a while, Katelyn started talking.

"Hey, what's up with you today?"

"What do you mean?"

"Well, I mean you would usually start seducing me and whatnot.  But for the whole day, you didn't."

"Oh, that...Um...well, Aphmau told me that I should change my behaviour because it made you feel uncomfortable so I decided to change so that you would trust me and be my friend."

"Dude, I didn't know you would do that. And who said I wasn't your friend?"

"You are?"

"Yeah of course. Yes, I do find you annoying at times but you're not that bad."

"I want you to be yourself okay? Don't change because people ask you to. I mean I don't mind if you do weird things from time to time just don't do it all the time. And don't touch me."

Travis got a little scared

"Okay, at least I know how you feel now. I promise to never do weird things all the time, only sometimes. "

"Hey, you're not so bad after all"

-Zane-Chan-

    Zane and Kawaii Chan were facing their backs against each other. They were still recovering from that 'Incident' earlier. Suddenly, Kawaii Chan felt something near her hands. She looked down and saw a bag of chips. Zane was not looking at her but she could tell that he wanted her to eat it. So she grabbed the chips and opened them up.

"Thanks..."

   She grabs a chip and hands it over to Zane

"You want some?"

"Sure, I guess..."

   They munched on their chips and were quiet again. They did not know what to say to the other.

"Um...Does your back hurt?"

"What? Oh, um...yeah..." He says holding back the pain.

"Here, let me help."

  Kawaii Chan puts down the bag of chips and pulls Zane closer to her. Zane's face turned red a little. Slowly, Kawaii Chan starts massaging him.

"Does that make you feel better?"

"Yeah...Thanks..."

   Zane started to relax and slowly he begins to feel drowsy. His eyelids closed and he leaned against Kawaii Chan who was a bit startled at first. Then, she releases her hands from his back and adjusted him so as to make sure he sleeps comfortably. She leans on the wall and falls asleep herself. 

  (The two future couple slept soundly together in the dead night)
