As I'm walking down the hallway, regretting the conversation between I and Doritos, I see Alissa on her phone walking past me. Nonchalantly, I interrupt her.
"Hey, Alissa," I say smiling. The only reason I was talking to her is to find out what's up with Namjoon. I didn't even see him in English, again.
"What do you want? Can't you see I'm on the phone."
"I saw, but I didn't care," She was about to walk away, but I blocked her path before she could, "Come on this is important."
She rolls her eyes, "Fine, what is it?"
"It's...Namjoon."
"Honestly, I don't want to talk about him," She said shaking her head in regret, "I have nothing to say."
"You obviously, do," I say insisting on getting information from her. "Look, Namjoon was mad yesterday, and completely blew me off."
"Why are you even talking to me?"
"Because he likes you, you can get through to him." I say, "Please, get back with him he needs you."
"Why would you want that?"
"Because he's acting crazy without you," I sigh, "I don't know why, but to him, we're not best friends anymore."
"Our relationship was fake, and I don't want to go through that hurt ever again."
"How was it fake, you loved each other-"
"-No," she interrupted, "I loved him, I guess he didn't feel the same way."
"No, he loves you-"
"No, he loves 'her'." Then she left without giving any explanation who 'her' is.
"Alissa..."
Well, that was a great conversation. I sighed and headed to the cafeteria. I wasn't planning on eating there, I just needed to check something.
Found him-
"Jimin you asshole!" I shouted over at him across the cafeteria. Noticing me, he began to head out and quickly. I chased after him as he headed outside to the benches. "Come here, you idiot!"
I caught him he had nowhere to go. All his escape roots were blocked this was my chance. "Where were you Jimin? Explain, or else..."
"Or else what midget."
I scrunched up my face holding back my anger, he knew I despised being labelled, 'midget', but he said it anyway.
"I will hit it where it hurts."
Instantly, he knew what the meant. He gulped, "Y-you monster."
I gave an evil smirk, "Spill it."
"I needed to do something at work, it was urgent. I didn't have time to tell you, I'm sorry Sis."
What the hell?
"You broke that easily?"
"I don't want you to mess up my chilli pepper ok?"
I laughed and let him go.
That was easier than I thought, but then again. It sounded rehearsed. Wait a minute. Dang, it. What a cunt, Jimin played me for a fool.
Since violence didn't work, I'll have to try something else.
The Library, a great and quiet place to be. A safe place, where no one can bother you. Unfortunately, I was doing the bothering.
As I enter the Library, to my surprise I saw Doritos on the table writing something down by himself. I mean if he was doing the assignment, he could have asked me to come along.
Annoyingly, I skip over to him and rest my chin on his shoulder, "Whatcha doing?"
"Work."
"What work?" I say eagerly, sitting in the chair beside him.
"Guess."
"Our assignment!"
He nods, "Now can you leave?"
"Uh, no," I say, "We're partners, we need to do this together." Emphasis on 'together.'
"I'll do all of it."
"Mmmm," I look at him and smile, "Tempting, but I decline."
"You're annoying."
"But, cute," I say smirking, quoting what he called me last to we met.
He looked at me in silence, then, continued with his work. Mmm, I wonder what he was thinking.
For the rest of Lunch, I stay latched onto Doritos. It was funny annoying him.
"Hey, Doritos wanna walk home together?"
"Can you stop calling me Doritos?"
"Don't know your real name."
"Tae."
"Nice, mines Yana."
"I never said I wanted to know yours."
"You didn't have to," I smiled.
He shook his head, annoyed. I just continued to smile. There was silence for a while. "Yes," he said out of the blue.
"What?"
"Yes, I'll walk with you."
A bright smile spread across my face, I didn't know what to do, so I punched him in the arm.
He gave me a look, then punched me back. Honestly, I deserved that.
"I didn't do it that hard," I wined, holding my arm in agony.
"I didn't do it either."
"I'm sorry."
"Never do that again."
I nod, then I'll give you this. I was about to hug him, but then he pushed me away.
"No hugging," he said.
"Ur, ok."
Knowing me, when he didn't expect it, I hugged him anyway.
He sighed, "You're unbearable."
"But, cute so it's fine."
He gave a small chuckle making me smile even more.
