"Arrival At last"

Minutes and minutes passed as the clock slowly winded down.

45 . . . 44 . . . 43 . . . 42 . . . 41 . . . 40 . . . 25 . . . 21 . . . 18 . . . 16 . . .

Finally it was 15 minutes until they landed in London. Suddenly the plane’s intercom crackled to life once again. “This is your Pilot speaking, welcome to London! I’d like you all to remain seated as we come to a landing. Thank you for flying with Flight 418, and have a splendid time in England!" And with that he was gone. Ugh. Here we go. My life is now officially over . . . Even though the passengers weren't supposed to have their phones out during landing, Janella thought it would be best just to text Brooke that they had arrived. She knew her house was already set up to move into, thanks to the "gloriously built and generous community volunteers" supplied, but she sure wasn't ready to be set up.

Janella:  Hey! I’ve arrived! Gotta go grab my bags and meet you in a few! Love ya! J xx

Brooke:  Kay girl! C ya in a few :P x

This was going to be very interesting  . . . She thought to herself as the plane skidded across the runway. She didn't want to mention it right away, but she just couldn't keep waiting to ask Brooke about Mark. In fact, she was surprised Brooke was even waiting to meet her since she had this "Mark" she was supposed to meet. Don't get jealous Nella... you'll get a boyfriend. British guys are hot. They have accents that American's don't have... just calm down.

The plane landed and passengers began to flood off into the summery air. “Well my little Nella Fella, or ugh-- I mean Janella-- are you ready to see your new home?” her dad questioned her, exposing the biggest gring she figured he could possibly muster. Sighing heavily she replied, “I sure am.” As they stepped out of the plane doors and made their way through the long hallway, her dad slowly stopped her a bit before the exit.

            “Janella. Welcome to London, England!”
