Janella's P●O●V
Janella woke up with a slight ache in her head. Her back, arms, and shoulders hurt terribly. Gently making her way up from her bed- she began to hear voices. But these voices were closer than she had expected- they were in her house.
Scared, Janella grabbed the nearest weapon she could find- a remote controller for her television- and silently slipped out her door.
Narrowing her way down the hall she tried- ever so hard- to be as silent as a mouse as she hopped her way down the stairs. The intruders were in the kitchen. She wasn't sure how many there were but she wasn't afraid to take chances.
Finally she made her way beside the entrance to the kitchen. Flipping over to face whoever may be in the kitchen, she screamed:
"Who are you and why are you in my house?!"
The boys stopped their conversation to look at Janella; then they began to laugh at her foolishness. Although the boys in her kitchen were laughing at her, she did not move from her stance but continued to hold her only defense up.
Laughing, one of the boys with dark brown or blackish hair replied, "Haha, well Janella- we're glad you're up!"
She was very confused. Who was this person they were speaking of? Who was Janella?
Trying not to turn her gaze from them, she looked down at her wrist to discover a bracelet on her arm. The beads spelled out the name the boys were speaking. Could this girl really be her? Reality struck and she moved back into her pose; still eyeing the boys.
"Janella?" a worried boy with blonde hair and an Irish accent, questioned her.
"I said, who are you and why are you in my house!" she yelled; teetering on her feet.
Louis arm- still wrapped around Eleanor- and now bandaged with supplies Harry had found; unhooked from around Eleanor as he stepped forward while looking around nervously at everyone.
Then an intelligent looking boy stepped in, "You, you really don't know who we are?"
Janella was still wobbling on her feet as she stole glances at each of the boys. She watched as the one who was looking around before raised his eyebrows at another boy with curly brown hair. The boy nodded his head and stepped towards Janella.
Frightened, Janella swung the remote towards him, but he dodged her weapon and took it from her.
"Hey! Give that, give that back!" she hurriedly cried- slightly stepping back from him.
Harry grabbed her hand, turned his head around- signaling for the others to leave out the other door to head into the dining room- then turned back to her.
Grabbing her other hand with his, he soothingly caressed them. Sweetly he replied,
"Janella, my sweet. You honestly don't remember me?" his eyes twinkled.
She began to pull away but his hands had too firm of a grip. The boy spoke again.
"I know this may be hard to believe, but I'm your boyfriend- Harry."
Her mind told her that something wasn't right, so she thought of an idea to get the truth. As she was about to speak- he read her mind and cut her off.
"I know it's hard to believe, so here- I have proof."
Pulling out his phone he pulled up pictures of the two of them having Starbucks and many, many pictures of her just in general.
Wow . . . maybe he was telling the truth. But I still don't really know anything about him! I need to find out who he really is . . .
Re-thinking her thoughts for a moment, Janella finally relinquished.
"Okay. I don't know what happened to make me lose my memory, but I believe you. I guess I'm going to have to figure out things again."
Harry's P●O●V
Harry let out a huge sigh of relief, but then returned to character.
"Alright Hun, just stay right her and I'll be back in a second."
Leaving Janella in her place, he released his grip and walked into the room where everyone else was. Signaling Louis, he waiting in his place until Louis walked over to him. Once Louis reached him, he calmly whispered in his ear,
"Okay, she believes me. Now, all we got to do is keep it that way. I know I can't say 'babe' or she might remember something. Okay, but this has got to stay between just you and I."
Nodding, Louis gathered everyone up to head out the door and go to the mall. Meanwhile, Harry returned to Janella and asked her to prepare herself.
"For what? Why?" she giggled.
"For our date, silly. Remember we are dating! Now, got get ready." He smiled.
Obediently, Janella skipped her way into her room, shutting the door behind her.
Well . . . that couldn't have gone any easier. Maybe this plan wasn't so bad after all!
