Darkness... Chapter 1

It's been two days since I had that car, but I found a small cabin with blankets and a few extra bags.

I stayed in the cabin for a night. But I made sure no one or nothing could get to me.

The next morning I woke up and used the bags I found to hold the blankets that were here. I open the door to the cabin not know if there was anything outside, and there was. I looked and there were two Z's running at me. I grabbed my knife and stabbed the first one, then I grabbed my gun and shot them.

I looked down at the Z's on the ground and then at my feet I had Z blood all over me "god that's nasty".

I walked out of the cabin and it took me a while to realize that it was getting dark "I slept all day?!?". I was too far away from the cabin to go back now.

As I was walking I could hear almost everything. I had already killed like 15 Z's since night fall. The Z's were to loud not to hear and it was really quite.

It started getting kinda chilly so I stopped and listened for a second to see if I was being followed by any Z's I didn't hear any so, I sat down and rambled through my things till I found my hoodie. I put it on then I reached into my bag of food and got a can. I didn't have many left.

I sat there eating and I heard something so I sat the can down grabbed my things and then the can and started walking again. I hoped whatever it was couldn't see me.

It was about a little after midnight and I seen lights I hoped it was a house I started walking a little faster and thought the trees I heard people talking. "We stay here for the night and we leave in the morning" I heard a woman say.

There were people! I haven't been around people or even spoke to people in a very long time.

I keep walk but a little faster. Then I heard a gun shot. I nearly jumped out of my skin...
