once upon a dream. Chapter 3

I had fallen alseep on 10k's shoulder yesterday and he woke me up. I didn't know how to feel about that. But he just let me sleep there.

I had seen Addy a few time since yesterday, everytime she would give me a slight smile. I figured she was just trying to be friendly.

There was a gas stove in the kitchen and we had used it a few to warm up whatever we could find, I had a few cans of soup in my bags I went and grabbed my bag and took it to the kitchen.

I put all the soup into a pot I had found and wiped out. I sat down and heard someone walking up it was Murphy. I didn't really like him, he had a blue tint to his skin and no one would tell me why he had the blue tint. I just left it alone thinking it was a birth defect.

He had grabbed a bottle of water looked at me and left. I had used a wooden spoon I found and made sure the soup wasn't sticking. Just as I was doing that I looked and Addy walked into the kitchen. "What's cooking" she asked "just some soup" I said putting the spoon down. She started smiling and said " so I see you and 10k are getting along pretty well", I looked at the ground and turned slightly red "yeah... I guess". She laughed, I looked at her and she asked " do you like him Luna?", I stalled and started messing with pot. "Could you...uh...go get everyone?" She smiled "sure".

I poured the soup into everyone's bottles, and sat down. Everyone came rushing in. I watched as they grabbed there bottles and left, everyone but 10k. He stayed, I looked at him. He had a little Z blood on his face. I looked at him and said "um...10k you have a little...uh...Z blood on your face" while pointing. " Thanks " he said as he grabbed the rag off the counter and wiped it off.

He stayed in the kitchen with me till I finished. We sat there in silence the whole time. When I finished he went upstairs and I went outside. Addy had watch, I just need some fresh air. She walked up to me and said " you never answered my question", I looked at her and asked "what question?..." She laughed " do you like 10k?" I turned away and turned slightly red " I mean he's nice or whatever... I mean I think so but I don't know." She walked to me and said " you don't have to worry I won't tell him". I looked her right in the eyes "thank you".

I had walked back into the house and up to the room me and Addy shared. As I was walking down the hall I seen 10k's door had a slight crack in it. I stopped by it and peeked in he had lifed his shirt and I had seen a cut, it looked new. I accidentally pushed the door open slightly, he grabbed his knife and walked to it and opened it, I was just standing there, " what are you doing?" He asked " um...not..
Nothing...I...seen... You...uh...had a cut do you need some help?" I turned a deep red and looked at the ground. "Yeah I was having a hard time".

I walked into the room with him and helped him doctor his cut. "Thanks" he said as we locked eyes. His eyes were so beautiful I couldn't look away. He started leaning in like he was gonna kiss me, then the door open and Warren stepped in she just looked at us, we looked away from each other. She said "get some sleep we leave in the morning, citizen Z said the storm had passed.

She left and I grabbed my knife I had layed down and left. I got to the room me and Addy shared and layed down, I grabbed my knife and realized I had grabbed the wrong one. I kept it and put it on the pillow next to mine.

I had a hard time falling asleep. I kept replaying the night in my head. I eventually fell asleep.

I only slept a few hours and then I was woken up by Addy "hey, sorry do you think you could watch for a while so I can sleep before we leave". I told her "yeah". I grabbed my stuff and walked outside. I sat down the swing and tried to finish waking myself up. Then out of nowhere 10k walks around the side of the house...
