I let go of Sans, and grabbed my bag. He said, "Are you sure it'll be safe downstairs?" I laughed, and said, "Since your heartfelt confession took a while, I think I'll be fine." He chuckled, and said, "Hey, before you open that, just remember, you're pretty a- DOOR- able!" I laughed, and without thinking, blew him a kiss. My face heated up by 500%, and I rushed out of his room, my bag in hand. I set the bag down by the couch, and peek into the kitchen.
Papyrus was wildly stirring a pot of spaghetti sauce. I chuckled, and turned away. I walked up the stairs. I knocked on Sans's door, and opened it. There was Sans, his blue hood over his skeletal face. I rushed in, and sat down next to him, wrapping my arm around his bony shoulders. I murmured, "Hey, I'm sorry for that. I wasn't thinking." He lifted his hood up, and turned to me.
"It- It's not about that. I was just tearing myself up about.." He fell silent, his cheeks turning bright blue. "About what?" I asked softly, hugging him close, my face turning hot in the process. He looked up at me, his sockets full of iridescent, blue tears. I was surprised. I hugged him. "Don't cry! It's okay.." He sniffled. "No, I'll ask you now. Do you... Have any grapes?" I froze. He stared at the ground. "Sans, if that was all you wanted, no. I don't." He was acting very weird, I thought.
"Th-then... Heh heh..." Sans took a deep breath, his face bright blue. "How about a... D-date?"
I grabbed his shoulder, and made him look up at me. I kissed him lightly on the teeth. His whole skull became blue. I said, "The hope radiating from that question.. If it brings us hope, yes." I picked him up, and twirled him around. It was strange, spinning a skeleton who is FOUR MOTHER FUCKING FEET TALL, who was also my new skele- boyfriend. I set him down, and booped his skull. He laughed, and booped me back.
We were wrestling wildly on the floor, trying to boop each other for hours. I tackled Sans down, and booped him. "Aha!" I crowed. He shrugged, and asked, "Wanna play video games?" I nodded. "Minecraft?" I asked. He nodded. "Minecraft." We rushed down the stairs, knocking into each other and giggling. Sans bowled into me, knocking me down the two stairs that were left.
I swung lightly at his skull, as he tickled me. "Oh no! Tickles are my weakness!" I giggled, tickling him back. "Ahaha! You fool!" He chuckled, tickling me harder. I laughed hard, tears forming in my eyes. "Skeletons can't feel tickling!" He said, and we tumbled into the couch, a mass of laughing, squirming individuals. I flailed out from under Sans, and patted him on the skull. He wiped the tears out of my eyes.
"Let's play some Minecraft!" I exclaimed. I wormed my way over to the couch, and climbed up it. Sans teleported up, and grinned at me smugly. I bopped him on the skull. "Ow!" He whined, and levitated a controller over to him. He turned it on, and gave me a controller. I turned it on, and then we started playing Minecraft.
"I found diamonds!" I screeched after about an hour of digging. Sans charged into the mine, and admired the diamonds. "Awesome, Nagito!" He exclaimed. I mined the diamonds, and said to Sans, "Come on, let's get upstairs!" Sans ran out of the lava- filled cave, and raced up the stairs. I followed suite, and closed up the cave with cobblestone.
I put the diamonds into our chest, and all of a sudden, Sans squealed, "Nagito! I found a cute wolf!" I hastily grabbed some bones, and barged out of the cave- house we made. There was Sans, stuck in a hole with a wolf. I tamed the wolf using only four bones! "Sans!" I exclaimed. "What, Nagito?" He asked. "We have a dog!" I sung, digging a stairway out of the hole.
I brought the wolf to our little cave house, and sat him down next to the two light blue beds. Sans barged in, and I screamed. "Sans! You scared me!" I scolded, and put the bones away. I realised that I was incredibly hungry, and ate some bread. Papyrus screamed from the kitchen, "DINNER IS READY, SANS!" I called back, "What about me?" "AND YOU TOO, HUMAN!"
We turned off Minecraft, and walked into the kitchen, holding hands. Papyrus was sitting down, in an apron that said, 'Kiss the Cook', but the 'Cook' was scribbled out and replaced by 'THE GREAT PAPYRUS'. Me and Sans sat down next to each other, still holding hands. Papyrus places down some spaghetti in front of us. I grabbed a fork, and started eating some spaghetti.
It.. It wasn't as bad as the last time I had it.. Undyne had definitely helped Paps improve.. But it still wasn't the best. I slowly ate all of the spaghetti, trying not to throw up. Sans eats his ravenously, and then chugs a bottle of ketchup. I poke him. "Yea, Sam?" I look at him oddly.
"Uh.. How do you drink ketchup without feeling sick?" I asked. He laughed. "I'm a skeleton. Skeletons don't get sick from anything. Unless.." He trailed off. He must be thinking about the Mystery Man that monsters claim to see. "Sans.. I have a question.." Sans looks down at me, and smiles. "Ask away." I shiver, and hug his arm. "Does.. Does the Mystery Man exist?" I asked. His smile faded, and his eye sockets turned pitch- black. I slid back. I started trembling. "What brought this up..?"
"Sans..? This isn't funny!" Papyrus looked up from his spaghetti, and said, "SANS! STOP SCARING THE HUMAN!" Sans's eyes turned back to normal, and he looked at me, trembling and crying, and hugged me. "I'm sorry, Sam! I didn't mean to scare you." He sighed. "I just.. I don't like talking about the.. The 'Mystery Man'." I nodded shakily. "O- Okay." He yawned. "Let's go to bed." I bobbed my head. "Okay, Sans!"
