Jungkook sat there for a good hour, just staying there thinking of what he could do and all the good and bad that would come with it. He could take this evidence to the police and turn in his parents, but something in him hurt to think of that, to see the people that raised him be taken away to prison. Then again, Jimin would be free and safe from his parent's harm and they could live happily together. They could even run away, but knowing his parents, they would probably find them and take Jimin back by force. He knew, deep down he knew the right decision, but it took lots of planning and secrecy for it to not end badly.
The stressed male then shoved his laptop to the edge of his bed and laid his head back onto his pillow, beginning to think but he was tired so he ended up falling asleep.
Waking up into the next morning he groaned, not wanting to leave his room as he rolled in his bed before checking the time. '10:57 am' He sighed, now getting up to take action towards his plan. He was going to leave for the store to get a CD to transfer the evidence of his parent's conversation to it to turn into the police. Once he got home he planned to pack a suitcase full of clothes he and Jimin could wear, then they would both leave the early morning of the boys birthday before their parents wake up.
The whole day he spent getting ready for the next two days. Jungkook had gone to the store and bought what he needed to begin his plan. It took almost three hours to get all of the footage in his folder onto the CD because of how much, he wrote down the timestamps for when the talk about Jimin began and end then placed it in a case to give to the police later on. He then packed a secret suitcase of clothes for him and the younger to take, he spoke to Taehyung and he said they were free to stay there until the two had a small apartment of their own, using the money Jimin inherited from his parents after his 18th birthday. Jungkook didn't plan to abuse this money or Jimin for any matter, like his parents. He planned to use the money to get Jimin a proper education, maybe an online program or something. All he knew was that things were going to be different soon, different for the better.
He didn't speak a word to his parents once all day, though, it wasn't hard because they were locked away in their room the whole day. for some part of the night he snuck to Jimins room, the two cuddled and talked. Of course, Jungkook didn't speak a word about his plan to Jimin knowing the boy would be frightened and possibly spill to his parents when being around them.
"J-Jungkookie~ I took a p-picture thingy o-of myself the other day do you w-want to see?" he giggled as Jungkook nuzzled his face into Jimins neck while he nodded. the younger pulled out his phone and went to the camera roll as Jungkook peeked his eyes up to look.

"you're precious~" he chuckled softly while Jimin blushed as he took the older took his phone to send it to Jungkooks contact. After that he gently tossed the boys phone and moved his arms back to the tight lock around Jimins waist, continuing to press gentle kisses along the boy's neck while he whispered sweet nothings. before they knew it, it was very late and Jungkook had school in the morning.
"J-Jungkook..i-its getting late and you have school a-and if you stay u-until morning f-father-"
"it's okay baby~.." he spoke softly, "I know what I need to do.. you and I won't have to worry about mother and father anymore.. everything will change for us soon." he muttered quietly as Jimin turned to look at the other with a confused, yet shy look.
"w-what do you mean?.." Jimin asked as Jungkook only smiled, placing a gentle kiss on the youngers lips.
"don't worry about it~"
