Episode 48

Recap: The court case ensues on. Sanskar confronts Swara and she reveals that she was insecure about her scars. Swara displays her wounds given by Sahil to the judge and Sahil is sentenced to five years in prison. The property is returned to the Maheswari family.

(Maheswari Mansion...)

Sujju- Swara beta, stand here with Sanskar. I will do your greha pravesh in you real home. The home that you papa and Laksh worked with blood, sweat and tears to make.
Swara and Sanskar wait in the doorway while sujju completes all the rituals. Swara enters the house alongside Sanskar.

Ap- Sanskar beta, take Swara to her room.

(Sanskar's Room...)

Sanskar opens the door to his room. Swara walks in and looks around. Swara stops and picks up a picture of Sanskar. She feels a pair of arms snake around her waist as she is pulled against the muscular chest of her husband.

Swara- Sanskar...

Sanskar- How do you like your room Mrs. Sanskar Maheshwari?
Swara blushes. Sanskar rubs his cheek with Swara's cheek. Sanskar lets go of Swara and takes a step back. Swara turns around and looks at Sanskar. Sanskar shrugs.

Sanskar- Sorry, can't come any closer. Ur promise remember?
Swara suddenly remembers her promise.

Swara- Oh fish!

Sanskar- What happened?

Swara- Voh...ummm...nothing. Sanskar get out.

Sanskar- Arey? What's up with all you ladies always telling me to get out? This is my room too

Swara- Sanskar, leave. I need to change.
Swara pushes Sanskar out of the door and locks the room.

Swara- Oh fish! I totally forgot about my promise. I promised that once I returned the property to dad, then only we will take our relationship to the next step. Now I have completed my promise so....
Swara picks up Sanskar's picture.

Swara smiles and hugs Sanskar's picture to her chest.

Swara was walking down the stairs when she bumps into Ragini.

Swara- Oh sorry bhabhi!

Ragini- Swara? Are you ok? What promise are you talking about?

Swara- Arey bhabhi, that promise that Sanskar and I...
Swara bites her tongue.

Swara- Voh...nothing.

Ragini- Are you sure?

Swara- Haa.

Swara again became engrossed in her thoughts. Sanskar came up and snapped his fingers in front of her face.
Swara- What?

Sanskar- Where are you lost?

Swara- Ummm...Sanskar...voh...you know that....

(Swasan's Room...)

Swara heads inside the washroom and turns on the shower. She was still wrapped up in her thoughts, until she felt cold water hit her body. She quickly turned off the shower and looked at he now wet clothes.

Swara- Oh no. What do I do now? I didn't even bring my towel or any extra clothes. How will I go out like this?
Swara hears someone in the room.

Swara- Sanskar! Are you there?

Sanskar looks around the room.
Sanskar- Swara?

Swara- I'm in the washroom. I left my towel and clothes in the room. Please give them to me.
Sanskar raises his eyebrow.

Sanskar- I'm busy. You come and take it.

Swara- Sanskar!

Sanskar- Pyar se bol.

Swara- Sanskar, baby, please give me my towel and clothes.

Sanskar- Ok baby.

Sanskar smirks as Swara rolls her eyes. Swara opens the door and extends her hand out. Sanskar takes this opportunity and pushes the door open and enters the bathroom.

Swara- Sanskar!
Sanskar starts advancing towards Swara.

Swara- Sanskar...what...what are you doing? Get out!

Sanskar- What am I doing?
Sanskar looks at Swara, now completely drenched with water droplets that were dancing down her hair and face. Swara walks backwards. She eventually is stopped by the wall.

Swara- Sanskar...
Sanskar leans in towards Swara. Swara closes her eyes. Sanskar smiles. Swara opens her eyes again. Without breaking eye contact, Sanskar grabs his watch that was sitting on the sink countertop.

Sanskar- My watch, it was in here. Why Swara? What did you think?

Swara's jaw drops- Your watch?

Sanskar- Haa. Ohhh, did you think...
Swara blushes. Sanskar raises his arms and leans against the wall, trapping Swara. Sanskar leans in and whispers in Swara's ears.

Sanskar- Not until you complete your promise.
He taps Swara's nose and leaves.

Swara thinks- How do I tell you Sanskar, I already fulfilled my promise...
