Episode 69

Recap: Sanskar is ecstatic to find out that Swara is pregnant. However, Swara is still hurt and refuses to accept Sanskar. Sanskar sings a song in one breath and faints due to a lack of oxygen. Swara gives him cpr and the two reconcile. Swara tells Sanskar to prove that he is ready to be a father. Sanskar is in a dilemma on how to prove this.

EPISODE 69

Swara's door bell rings. She opens the door and sees Sam, smiling ecstatically.

Sam- Hey Swara!

Swara- Sam...what happened? You seem so happy all of a sudden? What's the occasion?
Swara lets Sam inside.

Sam- Swara, guess what!

Swara- What happened?

Sam- Sonya said yes!

Swara- She did?! Omg Sam congratulations!

Sam- No congratulations. You have to be at the wedding from start to end. You have been by my side for so long. Now I need my best friend at my wedding also.

Swara- Are, why only wedding? I'll also go on the honeymoon with you guys.

Sam- No yaar, it's okay. Just the wedding is fine.

Swara laughs- So where is the wedding? Which venue?

Sam- Voh...

Swara- Where?

Sam- India...
Swara's smile fades.

Sam- Come on Swara. You have to go back some day.

Swara- Sam, you know I can't go back. Where will I go back? Who will I go back to?

Sanskar- Back to your family.
Sam and Swara turn around to find Sanskar standing at the doorway.

Sanskar- Swara, your family is waiting for you. Please come back. It's your home. It's not complete without you. Swara please.
Swara looks at Sam and Sanskar's pleading eyes. She smiles and nods her head.

The Next Scene...

Swara opens the door and her jaw drops. She stares in shock at the sight in front of her. Sanskar was standing there with a bottle in his mouth and a baby doll in his arms. Swara looks at Sanskar from head to toe.

Swara- Sanskar? What is this?
Sanskar takes the bottle out of his mouth.

Sanskar- I'm taking care of my baby. You see, my princess loves me, she isn't even crying.
As if on cue, the baby doll starts crying. Swara holds in her laughter. Sanskar tries to quiet the doll.

Sanskar- Shhh, my baby. Look papa is here.
Swara stares at Sanskar who struggles to keep the doll quiet. She suddenly bursts out laughing. Sanskar looks at Swara.

Sanskar- What?

Swara- Sanskar, what are you doing?

Sanskar- You can't just ask a father what he is doing. Let me take care of my child. I will show you that I am ready to be a father.
Swara lovingly looks at Sanskar. Sam comes up behind Sanskar.

Sam- Shall we go now? Our flight leaves in one hour and we are still here trying to make your fake baby quiet.

Sanskar- Hey! Who are you calling fake baby? You say anything to my princess then I'll knock all your teeth out!
Sam steps back in fear while Swara bursts out into laughter.

(The Next Scene...)

Sanskar leads Swara to the front of Maheswari Mansion. Swara looks up at the house and becomes emotional. She wipes away her tears as Sanskar holds her hand. AP opens the door and is shocked to see Swara and Sanskar.

AP- Swara beta...
AP runs up and hugs Swara. The whole family comes at the entrance and is shocked to see Swara.

Sujju- Swara, where did you go leaving all of us?

Shomi- Swara?
Shomi runs into the Maheswari Mansion and hugs Swara.

Shomi- Didn't you ever think of this mother of yours?
Swara wipes away Shomi's tears

AP- It's all because of this stupid Sanskar's fault.
AP holds Sanskar's ear.

Sanskar- Ahhh badi maa!
AP notices the baby doll in Sanskar's arms.

AP- What is this? Since when have you started playing with dolls?

Sanskar- badi maa, who are you calling a doll? This is your grandchild. My little princess.
Everyone is confused. Ragini looks at Swara's flushed face and screams.

Ragini- Swara! Really?
Swara blushes and nods. Everyone laughs and goes to hug Swara.

The Next Scene...

Swara walks into the room and sees Sanskar struggling to take off his shirt. Swara walks up to him and puts her hand on his shoulder. Sanskar turns around. Swara looks into Sanskar's eyes and slowly slides her hands underneath his shirt and slides it off his shoulders. (Kuch Iss Tarah plays in bg).

Kuch is tarah teri palkain meri palkoon say mila day....

Sanskar holds Swara's wrist and pulls her closer to him.

Aanso teray saaray meri palkoon pay saja day...

Swara gets lost in Sanskar's touch. She closes her eyes as Sanskar kisses them.

Sanskar cups Swara's cheek and moves in closer to her. Just as the two lips were mere centimeters away.....the baby doll starts crying. Swara opens her eyes and jumps back in surprise.

Sanskar- Ahh, this baby is not even born and already he's out to ruin his mumma and papa's romance.
Swara crosses her arms and smirks at Sanskar.

Swara- So, papa....your child is crying.

Sanskar- Ha ha, I see. Your child is just like you. Koi na koi siyappa toh yeh karega to ruin all the romance.
Sanskar grumpily goes and picks of the doll and feeds it a bottle. Swara smiles and walks up to Sanskar. She quickly gives a kiss on his cheek and runs out of the room. Sanskar holds his cheek and smiles. Swara runs back inside the room.

Swara- Aur Sanskar, you can put the doll away. You need to save your energy for your princess that is coming real soon. Hai na?
Sanskar looks at the doll and smiles.
