Chapter 18

Kongpob POV

A great day, A fresh starting. I whistled my way to the University. As soon as I reached home yesterday, I got a text from P'Arthit saying

I am glad to know that you like me. Good night><

I couldn't stop giggling after reading it. I am probably the luckiest fan on earth who gets to meet his idol whenever he wants. The worry of being in trouble had been all washed away after spending some time with P'Arthit. Although there were rumors still flying around on social media, it was okay.

As soon as I entered the class, I had all my classmates running up to me, and surrounding me. I was startled and yelped in surprise.

One of the girl in the crowd, who was also my friend since I first joined the university, named Adel spoke up, "It was you wasn't it? How the hell did you get close to Mook man? You  could have told us, your friends, that you had a celebrity girlfri-sorry friend!" I could have made friends with her man! Never mind, you guys still are a thing so I can always approach her right?" She batted her eye lashes at me, which screamed mischief. She was like that. She loved annoying me. And I was quite familiar with that look on her face. That traitor!

Although I was pissed, I snorted in reply and said,"You? Friends with Mook? That's funny! Why don't you try but before that let me tell you, I don't know her personally, I went to meet my friend who is a boy there in that Cafe and I 'happened' to see her and that's how the photo came into  existence."

She looked at me for a whole minute as though she was seeing through me before shrugging and going back to her seat.

But unlike her, others didn't seem to buy it and they kept shooting me with questions. Oak who heard what I had said simply chose to ignore it and said,"Oh come on! We are not gonna take your girl away you know? You should bring us over sometime.. You k know, we can mingle and give her some time of the life as her friends, of course. "

I glared at him as though I was telling him that he wasn't helping. It was Ria who stepped in and had said, "Leave him alone, will you? Poor being just entered the class and you guys are already annoying him. He says he doesn't know her, doesn't he? Stop and get back to your seats please!"

I sighed in relief when people started going back to their seats. I must say, although I am not really fond of Ria, at this point, I am truly grateful and that is exactly what I wanted to say to Ria except for the 'not fond' part, of course.

"Thanks Ria for helping me out of this chaos."

She smiled ear to ear. Shit! I smell trouble. And before I could comprehend what her smile meant she pulled me to the seat beside her and started to whisper, "Hey Kong! You know me right? I don't usually help anyone but if I do help, I don't mean well. Now how about you pay back?"

I looked at her curiously before she spoke "How about you ask Mook to introduce me to Arthit? I would really love to spend time with him. That gorgeous man!!! Kyaaaaa~ "

I glared at her for she was really testing my patience. Such a cunning fox she is. I was going to snap at her for asking me to help her hook up with P' and before I could, my attention was broken when Adel pulled me by my bag and once again I yelped in surprise today and said,"I need your help, come back here you monkey."

I hastily composed myself back to calm before I went with Adel. I sat beside Adel and looked at her questioningly. She too looked back at me but there seemed to be a flicker in her eyes which I couldn't comprehend.
