Chapter sixteen

Kristi's POV

"I gotta go babe. Are you coming tonight?" He asked and I shook my head.

"No. Not tonight. I'll pack for us though." I said and he nodded.

"You don't have to though. You can just rest since you don't feel good." He said and I sighed.

"No. I can do it." I said as he got off the bed.

"Okay, whatever." He said and I looked at him confused.

"Okay. What the hell is wrong with you?" I asked sitting up in the bed and he looked over at me.

"Nothing." He spat and I got off the bed and walked over to him.

"No. Seriously. There is something wrong. What is it?" I asked putting my hand on his arm.

He flinched at my touch. Seriously. What was the matter with him.

"I don't know. You haven't been acting yourself lately and I'm kind of worried. You keep complaining that you don't feel good. And I know it's not your period because you should be done with that." He said putting on 'you complete mess' tee shirt. I sighed and started rubbing his arm.

"I'm okay babe. I'll go to the doctors tomorrow as soon as we get to Jersey tomorrow." I said and he nodded.

"Good. I just want to make sure my baby is okay." He said and I smiled at him.

"She is." I said and he smiled. He leaned down and gave me a kiss. He pulled away and started walking towards the door.

"I'll be back soon." He said and I nodded.

"I love you," I said and he looked at me with a smirk.

"I love you too babe." He said and with that, he left. I sighed and walked to the closet to grab our suitcase.

I started throwing the clothes in without even folding it. It only took ten minutes to pack because it was mostly my clothes since they keep most of the boys clothes with the makeup artist and stuff.

I then decided to lay down and watch a movie. I decided to watch 'Now You See Me', one of my favorites.

I couldn't even get to the end because I fell asleep.

I woke up to the bed moving. I saw Luke climbing into bed.

"Sorry babe. Didn't mean to wake you." He said and I sighed.

"No. It's okay. How was your show?" I asked and he pulled me closer to him.

"It was okay. I wish you were there though." He said against my hair and I smiled into his chest.

"Sorry I couldn't go. I did my packing though." I said and he sighed. I pushed myself closer to him so there were no gaps between us at all.

"I love you Kristi." He mumbled and I smiled.

"I love you too Lukey." I said and with that, we both fell asleep.

"Come on babe. We have a tour bus to catch." Luke said waking me up. I groaned as I rolled over and faced him.

"All our bags are downstairs already. We just have to get on and you can go back to sleep." He said and I rolled over out of bed. He chuckled at me and then picked me up bridal style.

We walked out of the hotel room and into the elevator where I told him to out me down.

"I'm so tired." I said and he grabbed my hand.
