Luke's POV
The Halloween preparations were going smoothly. We're hosting a party plus we're going trick or treating so the day will be great.
I decided to go as The Hook and I must say, Jessie wasn't impressed. She made me a Superman suit the day before but I had to pass because I wouldn't be able to do my activities freely in those tights.
Emma, Ravi, and Zuri were going as a fairy, Robin Hood, and a racecar driver respectively. We planned on wearing our costumes later on so currently, we had our regular clothes on. I had no idea on what Mia was going as and I haven't seen her since this morning. She surely locked herself in the room and is binge watching The Big Bang Theory.
My siblings and I went to the lobby to start our day.
"So what do we do when someone decides to give us a trick and not a treat?" Ravi asked.
"Make sure they don't live to see November," Zuri replied, forming a fist with an evil grin on her face.
"Good evening," a deep voice said from behind which caused us to jump and exclaim in fright. "Grimm Holloran at your service."
"Dude, you just scared the poop out of us," I stated.
"You don't look familiar," Emma said as she walked around the unfamiliar man in circles. "But again, I don't pay much attention to people who aren't me."
Ignoring my self centered sister, the strange man proceeded, "I couldn't help but overhearing you're trick or treating tonight."
"Yes, we are extremely excited for Halloween. A holiday that celebrates cavities? Only in America," Ravi said which caused me to shake my head.
"Beware, crazy things have been known to occur in The Fairfield on Halloween night especially on the thirteenth floor," the man said and I could've sworn that I heard creepy music.
"Crazy how? Crazy like Stereo Eddy's crazy low prices?" Ravi asked, making hand gestures.
"No, crazy like elevators full of blood, knife wielding maniacs, the dead possessing the living and twins!" the man said in a terrifying manner.
"Dude, twins are awesome. Do you know what I'll do with two ..." I trailed off before coughing hysterically, which made my siblings to smirk in response.
"Get rejected twice as much?" Emma questioned cheekily which caused me to glare at her. "Sorry," she mouthed.
"Beware, it's not just the thirteenth floor. Back in the nineteen twenties, your very own penthouse a crazed nanny did something horrible to her kids,"
"What did she do? Make them wear mom jeans?" Emma asked and I rolled my eyes at her.
"Maybe I shouldn't tell you. It's just too scary," the man waved off. " I don't even like to think about it. Ah! You see, I just thought about it. "
My siblings and I exchanged confused looks as we saw the terrified look of the strange doorman.

Mia's POV
After binge watching season two of The Big Bang Theory, I went downstairs dressed in my Halloween costume. This year I decided to dress as Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones. It took some time to get the costume together but I succeeded. I went as far as getting a stuffed Drogon.
"As the undead feasted on their human victim, they began to quibble over the wishbone," Jessie read aloud as she typed on her computer. "Take that Stephen King!"
