Chapter 13

Craig's POV

After the fun and best weekend, followed the tiring and exhausting Monday morning.

For a morning person such as me, this was no problem but trying to wake up Kyle from bed to get to school was.

Good thing, the pillows were soft.

Anyway,

Kyle and I were heading towards the bus stop.

We kept talking about the Math's Test to which I am fully prepared, for once, thanks to Kyle....until....

"Oh come on, Kenny. Stop being such a wuss."

There they were. The 3 pain in the asses. One more annoying than the other, starting with Kenny ending with Cartman.

We watched them from a distance as we were getting closer to the bus stop.

As usual, according to Kyle, Cartman was seeking for trouble and Kenny was swearing and throwing insults at the fat ass. Within the chaos, Stan, being a dumb ass as usual, was just standing there, watching them with irritation.

The fight stopped as we arrived mainly because of Kyle who told Cartman to go fuck himself as Kenny laughed his ass off

Of course, Cartman didn't stop at Kyle's comment as he said,

"Maybe you should fuck Craig since you gays have been getting closer lately."

This made my blood boil but suprisely it cooled all at once, thanks to Kyle who punched the fat ass in the gut.

I observed Kyle who was extremely pissed by the looks of it since his face was all red.

Then I looked at Kenny who was giving me a smirk like he knows something that I don't.

The one reaction that really caught my attention was Stan's.

I've noticed how his eyebrows frowned as he heard Cartman's statement. He really looked like he could punch the fat ass to death as I saw him with clenched fists.

He loosened them as Kyle stood right next to him with me by his side. Probably so that Kyle does not notice.

I couldn't help but wonder what the fuck is up with Stan.

Is he jealous of me that I'm getting close to Kyle?

Wait.....

Does he have feelings for Kyle? Is that why he's pissed?

But that doesn't make any sense.

If he does have feelings for Kyle, why is he in a relationship with Wendy?

I noticed that I've been overthinking it but still I needed to keep an eye out for the asshole. I didn't want to get between me and Kyle.

As we waited for the bus, Kyle, Kenny and I chatted along with a couple of annoying comments there and out from Cartman who ended up with a couple of bruises.

Meanwhile the asshole kept quiet and listening to our conversation.

Apparently, I was not the only one who noticed the asshole's behaviour.

"Stan, are you okay?" Kyle asked with concern.

The asshole looked at Kyle and answered,"Yeah, I'm okay. Just phased out for a bit that's all."

"Are you sure? You looked troubled." The ginger asked.

"Yeah yeah. Just trying to figure some things out." He answered.

Trying to figure some thing out? ......

He has a crush on Kyle.

Oh heeeell no.

There's no way I'm gonna let that asshole take Kyle after how he treated him.

He doesn't deserve Kyle.

Next thing you know it, the asshole and I were having a staring contest. Both of us were staring intensely whilst the others were watching us in confusion.

Luckily, the bus arrived which broke the tension between our glares.

As we got in the bus, I noticed Kyle giving glances at me and at that asshole indicating he was taken back from me and Stan's behaviour.

I couldn't help but empathise with him.

Watching two of your trusted friends fight.

Fine. I'll go easy on him from now on.

Then I turned to look at Stan who was glaring at me. I smirked as I flipped him off.
