Chapter 8

A couple of days have passed and I still haven't contacted or ran into Bethany. I decided to watch a movie and order a box of pizza (on twitter jeffrey at 1am wants pizza😂) I looked up and saw a note my mom had left.

Jeffrey,

Ur father and I had to leave a business trip so if you would like I left a number for you. It is a babysitter. I'm not saying you need one just if you don't want to be by urself. I'll see you in 4-5 days max.

Love mom and dad

I txted my mom told her I got her note and that I don't want a babysitter. She replied with the motherly txt "ok. Be safe and if you need anything just call us."

I went into my contacts and scrolling until I saw Bethany's contact. I pressed the call button and then my phone was ringing. It went to voicemail I was upset. And once I hung up I was getting a call from Bethany.

Phone call. B-Bethany J-Jeffrey

B- hey sorry I was brushing my hair when you called

J-oh ok.

B-So what's up

J-well my mom and dad aren't home and I'm home bored alone. And I wanted to see if you wanted to come over and watch a movie and have pizza

B-ok. Txt me your address

J-{address}

B-thanx. I'll be over in 10

End of phone call

I went to my room and put on shorts and my 'I Got One Less Problem' shirt and went into the bathroom. I had just finished brushing my teeth when I heard a knock on the door and a txt message. It was from Bethany.

Hey I'm here-B

I went downstairs and opened the door.

"Hey. I called the pizza man. He should be here soon. But first what movie do you wanna see?"-J

"Whatever's fine."-B

"Ok. We'll watch The Lion King."-J

"Yay I like that movie!"-B

"That's good. Well that's the living room. U can sit there and I'll go get a blanket(s) and something to drink and money."-J

With that I went into the cabinet and grabbed two soft blankets and I walked into the kitchen and grabbed two sodas and the money my mom had left for me on the counter. I went back to Bethany and she was sitting on her phone.

"Hey. I got soda and 2 blankets."-J

"Thanx."-B

*Knock Knock it's the pizza delivery*

I went to the door and opened it. There stood the pizza man.

"1 box of cheese and 1 box of pepperoni will be 13.57"-Pizza man

"Thank you."-J

I handed him $15 and told hi to keep the rest

"Thank you. Have a nice day."-Pizza man

The pizza man handed me the pizza and walked away.

I closed the door and put the boxes down on the coffee table that was in the living room where Bethany was sitting. I went into the kitchen and grabbed two plates and napkins.

After eating a couple of slices we left the box on the coffee table and put on the movie.

*Skippin movie about 3/4*

The movie was almost over and Bethany had fallen asleep. I turned off the movie and put a blanket over her. Once I put the blanket over her I went into my room to grab my phone. I went back into the living room and just sat on my phone.

After an hour or so of being on social media and looking through my phone I went to the piano and played _____{don't know songs on top of my head that involve the piano} a couple of songs later I heard someone. I looked back and saw Bethany standing there.

"That was good. Your an amazing singer. Do you sing?"-B

"You heard. And ya I do. I sing on vine. You haven't heard of vine or me off vine? That's why you didn't go all crazy over me."-J

"I've heard of vine but I don't have one. I have an Instagram and twitter tho😂."-B

"Ok. Here."-J

I handed her my phone and showed her my vine and my social medias

"You have one million+ followers on vine. And your really good."-B

She grabbed her phone and followed me. I of course followed back. I went on twitter and tweeted 'made a really good friend @bethany_ann' I of course got comments from my fans(friends😉) questioning our relationship.

"You tagged me on a tweet and followed me back. Thanx. But I have to go its 9:07pm already and.."-B

Interrupted her

"Can you stay. Please. It would make me feel safer."-J

"Let me call my mom. We'll see"-B

Bethany's POV:

I walked into the hall and called my mom

Hey mom can I stay at Jeffrey's

|

Only because I don't want you walking home late. Behave. I'll see you what time tomorrow.

Umm I'll call. For now let's say 3pm

|

Ok just call me if otherwise.

Ok thanx mom. Goodnight.

Bye

I walked back to Jeffrey and told him I could stay.
