You play turf together

What goes on when you and him play a turf match together?

Goggles:
• When you both spawn, you get on the same team on the first try
• He's hyped once he sees you on his team and unleashes a storm of booyahs
• He follows you around squidpartying, and eventually you squidparty with him
• One of your teammate's notices and joins you both, and a few members from the opposing team joins in as well and you all have a squidparty   

Rider:
• He's pleased to see you on his team   
• Unlike Goggles, he doesn't stay with you the whole match
• However, he'll keep an eye on you 
• Whenever you say 'Ouch' when you get splatted, he immediately swims to your splat location and gets revenge  

Army:
• He rattles on about all of his manual tips to you before the round starts
• When the round begins, he tells you to follow him and launches himself out of the spawn 
• If he even sees a droplet of the other team's ink fly anywhere near you, he begins to shield you as he searches for the opponent
• Turns out it was just the opponent inking and wasn't meaning to attack you, but Army still ruthlessly splats them    

Aloha:
• Unlike Army, Aloha's much more chill about it
• He manages to keep a conversation going between the two of you during the game somehow
• Whenever you get a splat he praises you loudly for everyone to hear, which embarrasses you
• 10 seconds before the round ends, he skips over you, grabs your waist and twirls you into dancing because he 'felt like it' (which is another excuse to see you blush again)   

Mask:
• He nods to you before you part your ways
• You don't realize it, but he's in quick swimming distance to you at all times
• He's also watching you out of the corner of his eye to make sure you're not in danger
• Once the round ends, he quickly compliments you on your skills but keeps it short because he doesn't want to reveal that he's actually really proud and excited

Skull:
• He waves a hello at you but doesn't say anything much like Mask
• Whenever you notice that he's splatted, you retreat so he has a jumping point and he does so for you as well
• He spends a good portion of the match watching you through his scope
• At one point a teammate points it out, so you turn towards his scope and smile happily at it, and for the rest of the day his bandana seems to cover his cheeks completely 

Gloves:
• He's totally hyped and is already planning on how he'll impress you during the match
• He bounds straight out of spawn with a loud "BOOYAH!"
• Whenever he notices you nearby, he gets himself involved in a battle and wins to impress you
• When you praise him when the match ends, his face is glowing and he's got a grin plastered on his face  

Emperor:
• He boasts about being the King for the first minute of the match
• He literally spawn camps the whole time, so you and your teammates get to hang out
• As he waits for the opposing team to respawn, he takes the time to chitchat with you more
• Suddenly, a foe swims up behind him and almost splats him, but you splat the foe first which makes Emperor flustered and grateful    

Prince:
• He's never been in a turf match without his team, so he's a bit anxious and excited at the same time
• At first, he sticks close to you and lets out a soft 'Booyah' whenever you splat someone
• After a minute, he gets more comfortable and strays off to ink on his own
• When the match ends, he has a sweet smile on his face as he squeezes you into a hug from pure excitement
