You catch them staring at you

It appears that they've been admiring you not-so-privately. How do you react, and how do they react to your reaction? 

Goggles:
• You figure he's daydreaming about the day pickled plums take over Inkopolis  
• With your back turned, he was gazing at you with his classic ^^ expression 
• You felt the sensation of being watched so you turned around only to be met face-to-face with him
• Feeling a mixture of apprehension and the need to fangirl, you awkwardly patted the shorter boy on the head, resulting in him bouncing in his seat 

Rider:
• He was surveying you practicing with the Dynamo since you don't have very good gripping on it 
• At this point and time in your friendship, he had begun "admiring you more than usual", so he naturally became riveted to you instead of your technique
• After a few minutes of him being silent, you realized that something was off and looked up at him, catching him staring
• He jolted and looked away with a very faint blush, and ignored your questioning look as training continued

Army:
• Like Rider, he was training you for a bit, but this time, it was an actual turf war 
• He was recording your in-battle tactics on a separate manual 
• Eventually, he began to marvel at your appearance instead of note-taking, and you noticed quickly (Being aware of everything is drilled in your brain now. Thanks, Army.)
• Unlike Rider, Army can't play it off that smoothly and is an orange mess. Upon seeing his flustered state, you decided that it wasn't all that bad

Aloha:
• He likes to take photos of you a lot, so you're used to his eye-blinding camera constantly pointed at you
• One particular afternoon, he was taking forever to snap the picture, and you didn't see his flash go off 
• You outright called him out on watching you
• Unlike literally everyone else, he's smooth about it

Mask:
• The perks of wearing a gas mask with dark lenses are that people can't tell if you're staring at them or not. 
• Mask uses this to advantage a LOT. I mean, he gets to glare at everyone he hates without causing drama! It's perfect!
• Honestly, you're the only positive reason he uses this "technique"
• So, you unfortunately never CAN catch him staring at you. However, that doesn't mean you don't feel that creepy sensation of being watched...

Skull:
• He's mentoring you in the art of the charger, so you're used to seeing the end of his E-litre a lot
• Often he'd keep his laser pointed at you to train you under pressure
• You noticed that you'd be in easy shooting range but Skull wouldn't shoot
• So you moseyed on up to him and snapped your fingers in his face, and he mildly jolted. Luckily for him, his bandanna covered his blush.

Gloves:
• He was cheering for you on the sidelines 
• He gets a little too ahead of himself and literally starts daydreaming about you
• You catch on quickly and decide to embarrass him by posing risque at him 
• He literally loses it 

Emperor:
• The yellow Inkling doesn't really...how to put it...observe social boundaries sometimes (You figured it probably had something to do with his spoiled status)
•  AKA he claims that "he's not staring, he's rightfully admiring the beauty of his beloved" 
• It's an excuse that he uses whenever he gets caught, which is very frequently
• Nonetheless, you're used to it

Prince:
• Unlike his older brother, Prince is much more sensitive to social boundaries (must has something to do with his age)
• He's always doing his best not to stare at you, but sometimes he still slips
• His stare is usually just him looking at you with flushed cheeks and half-lidded eyes
• You find it adorable, so you pretend to never notice
