You're crying

How do they react when they see you cry? How would they console you?

Goggles:
• This the most serious you'd ever see him
• At first, he assumes you're just hungry, so he offers you a pickled plum; he only stops after he realizes that no, you're not an infant
• He decides to turn into a squid and hop into your lap; whenever he's upset, he likes to hug small things, so you do too, right?
• Surprisingly, it works; there's something therapeutic about hugging a tiny squid, and you calm down after maybe 15 minutes 

Rider:
• He immediately kneels down in front of you and tries to meet your gaze
• He places a hand on your shoulder as he tries to soothe you by speaking softly
• He's surprisingly understanding; if all you can do is blubber, then he'll just place his other hand on your back and slowly rub circles
• If you're able to speak, then he'll listen with an attentive ear and his mind will be running miles-a-minute for solutions to the problem 

Army:
• He drops everything to get to you
• His first thought: "Are you hurt?"
• Like Rider, he would put his hand on your back and rub it in circles
• He keeps bombarding you with questions about what remedies you need, not understanding that right now, you just needed a hug 

Aloha:
• Aloha immediately goes quiet and his smile falls the moment he sees you crying; like Goggles, this is the most serious you'd ever see him
• He power walks to you; he's not afraid to immediately tuck you into his arms
• Unlike Rider, he's constantly asking you what's wrong; he doesn't mean to pressure you, but he's worried, y' know?
• Once you've calmed down a bit, he would take you out to try and distract you from whatever's upsetting you; you'd either go do a Turf War, get ice cream/Crusty Sean's, or do anything else that you two do together 

Mask:
• His first thought: "Did I do something?"
• He's not the best at comforting others, but his concern would override that
• At first would hang back uncertainly, unsure of what to do; despite him not being a very big touchy-feely person, he would genuinely lean down to hug you once he decides that that's what you needed at that moment
• Even if he's not the best at comfort, he'll silently hold you and wait until you're ready to tell him what happened; he's very patient, and he knows that rushing you wouldn't help 

Skull:
• Like Mask, he's not the best at comforting others, either
• Either he sits down in front of you, cross-legged so his knees are touching yours, or he would lean your back against him while he holds you; he understands not wanting people to see you cry, so he'll hold you from behind and not watch 
• He doesn't know what to say, so he acts as a lookout to make sure no one approaches while you attempt to pull yourself together
• Even if your emotional outpour wasn't very called for, he'd be unusually gentle with you for the next couple of days 

Gloves:
• Immediate panic; and then he automatically assumes someone did this to you: he immediately asks you who did it
• He holds on your shoulders, keeping you upright the whole time as he worriedly stares at you
• If you end up crying on his shoulder, he'd awkwardly pat your head while lowly reaching to hug you; he doesn't know if touching you will make it worse, so expect his movements to be very slow and cautious
• He'd make a joke about you getting snot all over his shirt, which earns him a weak punch to the shoulder 

Emperor:
• Like Aloha and Gloves, he isn't very patient either; to be fair, he's probably never had to comfort someone when they're crying (aside from Prince when he was much younger, but that's different), so he's probably the most inexperienced out of everyone
• Also like Gloves, he would immediately assume someone did this to you and he'd gently ask you who he needs to destroy
• He carefully wipes your tears away as he finally thinks to ask "what's wrong" instead of "who dared do this to you"
• Once you've calmed down, he wipes away your tears (saying that it would ruin your cute face like ok) while you tell him what's up 

Prince:
• Like Emperor, he wouldn't have an inkling (ha) on what to do; unlike Emperor, his first instinct is to grab your hand
• He hesitantly asks you what's wrong, and he's lowkey fearful that he's the reason why you're crying
• Like Rider and Army, he would also put his hand on your back and rub it in circles
• He sits down right next to you, rubbing your back with one hand and holding your hand in the other, anxiously waiting for you to talk
