*Chris's POV*

I'm having the time of my life in New York!!! These past few days have been nothing but fun for me. Kamaal has taken me all around this state. We went to the mall, we went on walks through different parks, we went to a few clubs, and we even spent some time in Times Square. Kamaal sometimes got drained and wanted to go back to the hotel, but me on the other hand, I just wanna keep going out and having fun. Kamaal and I are roaming the streets, and he's trying to keep up with me.

"Bae slow down!"

"Well hurry up then!"

"You don't even know where you're going. Wait up clown"

Eventually, Kamaal catches up to me and we continue walking and take a break at Starbucks. I grab us a table while Kamaal grabs our beverages. I pull out my phone and play around with it for a minute before I get a call. I look at the caller id, and smile when I see Myra's number appear. I slide my finger across the screen and answer the call.

"Hey Myra!"

"Heeeeey boo!!! How's New York?"

"It's great! I'm having the time of my life here!"

"I bet...niggas go up north and forget to call their friends for a few days." Myra says. I can tell she's rolling her eyes in many different directions

"Don't do that. I know I haven't called y'all, but I was just caught up in this city."

"Uh huh whatever."

"Well bitch I'm on vacation, so I'ma need for you to come up out your feelings."

"You stupid. So have you met Kamaal's family yet? Have you seen anyone from Love and Hip Hop?" Myra asks

"Hell nah I haven't seen no one from Love and Hip Hop. I was low-key looking for them too." I say as I laugh

"Ha!!! Yo ass!!! What's Kamaal's family like?"

"I don't know yet. I haven't met them yet. They're having a holiday party tomorrow though."

"Oh that's cool. Mom is picking me and Trey up tomorrow."

"Oh that's cool, but I'll talk to you later."

"Alright Chrissy, love you....haaaaave fun!"

"Bye girl."

I hang up the phone just as Kamaal comes to the table with our drinks.

"Man that line was long as fuck. I almost wanted to slap everybody."

"You so silly bae. What did you get me?"

"Drink it and find out."

I take a sip from the straw and almost melted in my seat. He got me my favorite double chocolate chip frappuccino.

"You know me so well. Thanks biscuit head!"

I kiss Kamaal on his cheek and he smiles and takes a sip from his hot chocolate.

"You're welcome lil buddy. Who were you on the phone with earlier?"

"Oh, it was just Myra being nosey as usual. You know she asked me if I've seen anyone from Love and Hip Hop?"

"So typical of her. You like New York so far?"

"Yeah, I love it! It's better than what I expected."

"I'm glad you're havin fun. You ready to meet the fam tomorrow?"

"Uhhhh..."

"You'll be fine baby boy." Kamaal says as he laughs. "They'll like you."
