Caitlin was in the middle of selling a green day album only bringing back the memory of luke in a green day shirt, as she touched it a pain stung right through her remembering yesterday.

She slept on the couch, woke up early did a run around the block and walked to her job. "You okay?" Blake asked she nodded, she hoped he'd leave it be but he didn't, he took her to the back room and turned on the lights.

"Are you okay?" he demanded as she sat on the couch, instead of talking she cried in his chest "my-my friend he, we kissed and he just" she broke down as he drew circles on her back, "you don't have to tell me" he shh her.

No matter how much she tried to pull herself together it came crashing down, finally, caite pulled away "I kinda drowned your shirt in tears" trying to make a joke out of this, Blake nodded and got up extending his hand for her.

-
"Yes...no, she's not like that...she's been through a lot of shit...shit you don't need to know about cal!...yeah..fuck, I know I need to calm down..she's probably at her job...can you?...yes I know that sounded gay...okay....don't tell anyone cal...please just don't."

Luke hung up the phone, Calum was the only one he really knew and trusted. Luke knew how bad he fucked up, he just wanted her back in his bed, where she belonged.

The bedroom door swung open with Calum, he had ice cream and FIFA in his hand, Lucas rolled his eyes "it's not a break up, " he spoke miserably "sure as hell sounded like it, with you weeping" cal chuckled punching Luke's arm, Lucas rubbed his arm cause it really hurt, every time cal would work out he'd use a punching bag.

Caite watched as Blake closed up the shop, he took his hand in hers. "It's a small gesture, doesn't mean anything" he smiles up at her, she nodded closing her fingers into his.

The door was locked, as she got there Blake pleaded to take her home, she knocked on it one last time. It flew open with luke, he rubbed his wiry eyes.

"Wh-" he stopped, looking at there intertwined hands "caite, who's the boyfriend?" Lucas tried to hide his angry but couldn't, he pulled her hand and put her behind him.

"That's the guy I work with, Blake," she said trying to get away from luke and back outside to say goodbye. "Blake, nice to meet you. " they shook hands but luke looked like he was about to crush his hand.

"You two man, anyway I gotta go. Bye caite" he placed her hands in his jean pocket walking down the porch steps.

When Luke turned around she knew she was in trouble, "what the actual fuck!' He shouted, she just shoved past him.

"So what know caite? I'm just another guy?! " his voice boomed, the upstairs lights came on, his mother in a light gown on top of the stairs. "Haven sakes it's twelve o'clock Lucas! Stop shouting" she snapped walking back to the bedroom.

"Well?" He turned to look at caite who's gaze was at the floor.

"He's a friend that's all."

"Were friends, and we-we kissed?" He whispered shouted.

"Yeah but you're no innocent either, you-you touched me, I asked you to stop, and you didn't. I had to cry for you to stop?" She started her journey up the stairs.

"No, Caitlin. Shit, please stop walking" he grabbed her wrist turning her around, "I'm just a little out of it, we're all a little out of it. I'm sorry I lashed out, I just don't want you hurt you."

"I'm already damaged, one more thing hurting me isn't gonna kill me" she took her arm out of his grip walking to his bedroom.
