5 - Damn that hurts

 It's been a week after that incident.

And it's now Monday. Another school day..

Candice decided to put some make-up. It was just right to emphasize her pretty face. She hopes that Jirro will look at her today. Hoping that it will all  be the same that night..

The kiss was so sweet. It made her feel so sad yet protected and well-loved. It lasted for almost an hour. Jirro repeatedly kissed her and hugged her so tight as if she cannot breathe. He pinched her cheeks multiple times and smiled innocently while crying. When Candice tried to kiss him again.. He moved an inch away from Candice.

"Sorry! I thought you're my baby." Jirro said.

Then he blunted out the pink room and never returned. The next day, Candice went out the house wiht no sign of Jirro. It was just her and her dogs. Even Cheeko'a nowhere to be found. Candice was hurt. She felt a stab in her heart as if she was left behind in that lonely house. She took a closer look of the pink room. Candice began to cry. She never wanted to leave that place. In fact, she loved seeing her dogs laying and preparing for a good meal yesterday night. Candice felt this contentment while she was there.. with Jirro.

Moments before she packed her things. She saw a note in the fridge saying,

"Hey. Sorry about yesterday. Your meals ready. They already had their breakfast. -J"

She tried to open her eyes again back to reality. It's really been a very bad week for Candice. Jirro tried to avoid or even ignore her. She can't take it anymore. Last Monday, she tried to ask him if he's angry or anything. But he never turned his head on Candice. He never uttered any word to her.

 So she thought if she'll change, Jirro will look at her for the last time. It was crazy. But it is the best way to see if she has an impact to this scary guy. Because she's falling hard and no one could stop it.

After the light make-up, she opened her closet and saw some dashing clothes she never really touched before. Candice chose a white sleeveless top to match her pretty pink skirt. She wanted to sound like a cute professional. She's a little chubby but she have to face her dilemma from now on. Candice thought that she had to boost her confidence.

 The engine started and at exactly 3:40pm, she arrived in school. She tried to buy some food since she did not eat that whole morning. Candice tried to sit nearby a guy who's wearing eyeglasses and typing as fast as he could in his laptop. The guy suddenly glanced at her. But she tried to raise her eyebrows at him. Then the guy looked away.

Moments after, Jirro entered the cafeteria with a flirty auburn haired girl with her make up all over her face clinging and touching Jirro's chest. As soon as they entered, the red-haired girl started kissing Jirro. Candice felt so uch hurt inside her. What she did not expect is that Jirro kissed her back.

"That's it. I'm going out." She said to herself.

She passed through Jirro and the girl. He suddenly stopped kissing that girl and looked straightly at Candice. But she ignored her. Candice kept walking. She tried to compose herself hiding her pain. She don't exactly know why she's acting this way. Besides, they've shared just a kiss. After that, he never tried to give her some special treatment. Candice felt that she lost Jirro before. But she never tried to bring him back. It was a weird feeling.

Tears almost unto her cheeks and then a guy came rushing to her. The same guy that he ignored a while ago. He immediately held Candice's hand and walked out of the Cafeteria.

"Hey. Try to stop that." The guy said.

"Huh? Who are you?" Candice curiously asked him.

"Name's Nathaniel. Call me Nate." He smiled showing off his dimples.

He had a very kissable lips. Candice thought. The guy named Nate is about 6' flat. He has a beautiful teeth, big hands, long legs, fair skin and very sexy. Though he has eyeglasses, it incredibly fits his face added to his very pretty brown hair. He's a full sexy Korean though. Candice's heart skips a bit when he stared at her multiple times after the Cafeteria incident.

"Hey. You okay?" Nate asked Candice.

Facing him with her head on her knees, Candice said, "Yeah. By the way, I've never seen you here before. You new?"

"Yea. I've never liked leaving this place anyway. Before I left, I saw you too got along so well. What happened?"

"Who? I and Jirro? We started to know each other just this sem."

"Well, that's really shocking. Does he have a twin?" He smirked and covered his mouth.

"Never mind. I'm not interested at him anyways."

Nate just gave her a curious look. He showed Candice his beautiful car and asked her to hop in. He had a huge bank account by the looks of his outfit and his beloved car. When they finallly got bored, they decided for a walk in the mall and to eat at a nearby restau for dinner. Candice decided to agree with all of his idea to ease the pain away. It was exactly 9 o'clock in the eveing when she finally got tired and asked if he can bring her home. She forgot her car at the university and her money. It was okay to leave cars at her school which she thinks was very weird though. She was about to step out to his car but he catched her left arm and kissed her on the cheek.

"I enjoyed this date. Thanks a lot pretty." Nate whispered in her  ears smelling her every beautiful scent. She can feel her breathe on her neck. But she bounced away.

She was shocked but tried to hide her smile.

"Uh- Goodnight." Candice emotionlessly said.

She saw Nate frowned a bit. But waved his hand as a sign of goodnight.

Candice slowly opened her her bag when she noticed someone standing behind her. She could not see her because it was so dark from where he's standing.

"Having a good time?"

The guy went out from the dark part of that street.

 Candice stood there and froze.

"Jirro?"
