The ride in Mugen's car was silent. He kept his eyes on the road I kept my hands to myself. I'd steal a few glances at him here and there. He never looked at me but I know that he noticed me because his lips would curve the slightest picometer at my antics.
"Is my face that appealing to you?" He finally said when he caught me peeking for the upteenth time. I choked on nothing.
"Guess not." He chuckled. How could one be so enticing that he could cause an eargasm by a simple noise escaping his lips. I shivered.
We finally pulled up to a mansion. He was out the car and opening up my door before I even got my seatbelt off. We walked hand in hand into his house and into a bedroom I guessed was his.
"What do you wish to eat?" He asked. I shrugged feeling awkward and uncomfortable all of a sudden. "You need not worry for I will not harm you. You have my word."
Heard that before.
Mugen sat on his bed and watched me. I shifted nervously from foot to another. Coming here sounded like a great idea a few minutes ago but now I feel out of place and bashful.
"Actually. I'm not that hungry any more." I played with my thumbs. This type of nervousness was new to me. I was fully clothed but under his gaze I felt naked and bare. It felt like he was staring straight into my very being. I hugged myself close. I didn't want him to see the secrets I hid behind my walls.
"Then what do you propose we do?"
I shrugged. "You can start by telling me why you brought me here."
"Because you're mine." He said it so easily and it rolled off his tongue like it wasn't degrading. For a brief moment it was convincing and I marveled at what could of been. But life was never really that kind to me. Every hope that I had for him quickly died and reality slapped me in the face once more. I don't know why I felt like he's was different. Maybe it was because he looked and spoke to me like a was a human. But unfortunately I was just an object to him and that hurt alot more than it should have.
"I think it's time you took me home." I stepped back.
"Why is that." he rose.
"You have nothing for me and I have nothing for you." I said adamantly with my chin pointed up.
"I beg to differ, darling. I am all you need and you are everything to me." I rolled my eyes. Another arrogant and self serving rich guy who thinks he owns the world and everyone in it. I'm ashamed in myself for even coming here.
"With or without you, I'll be going home." I stood firm though it was all false confidence. He and I both knew he could keep me here if he wanted to. Just like Tyson and Mr. Rogers had done. He chuckled lowly. I knew I'd have to fight for my freedom.
Not that I'd win. Mugen looked like he ate humans at breakfast, wrestled bears at lunch, and hunted dragons for dinner.
He took painfully slow strides to me and soon my back was against the wall. He pressed his body up against me and I felt all that he had to offer and more. I kept my face void of any emotions but he was giving me the jitters.
"How cliche." I spat with venom. "Do men love to have women with their backs against the wall? I could of sworn I saw this very scene somewhere in a romance movie. A bit played out don't you think?"
"I don't know of these scripted movies that you speak of and I don't care. But darling this is real life and here we are. Two people in the same space molding their shapes into one." His overly confident advances were pissng me off. "I know what I want. The question is do you want it as badly as I do." His warm fingertips traveled slowly up my arms and left a scorching burn in their wake. He studied my reaction, waiting for me to succumb to his will.
