Part 4 ~ Annoyance

Y/n ~

The next day, I woke up in the astronomy tower. Everyone was still asleep so I got up and went to the library to study.

The palace was quiet so I took some books to the garden. I was still dressed in the black night gown that I slept in, but I also threw on a robe over it since it was a little chilly.

The sweet Asgardian air flowing through my hair as I sat down, I was glad to call this place my home, and I was glad to be called an Asgardian. After a few hours of reading, I got up and headed to my room to get ready for the day.

I took a long hot bath and put on black training robes with gold on the buttons and cuffs. I tied my hair into a tight braided ponytail that wouldn't get in my face during training.

I walked into the dinning hall and was the first one of my group to arrive, the king and queen sat in their usual seats at the end of the long table.

A few minutes went by and my group started coming in one by one, first Loki, then Sif, Thor, Hogun, Fandral, and then Volstagg. We all ate breakfast together and discussed out training for the day.

"Can I have everyone attention please?" Odin says and we all looked up to him.

"The Dark elves and Jotuns are planning to attack Asgard. They will most likely come within the next couple of weeks, I want you all to be in battle gear every day and training hard. This battle will be big. We also need to evacuate the people to a safe place during this week. Does everyone understand?" 

We nod our heads getting up from the table and preparing for what lies ahead.

I went back into my room and pulled out my armor, The tunic was dark grey with gold on the collar. My white gold chest plate was pulled out next along with my pants and boots. I had a gold helmet with the eagle on it and its wings spread along the sides.

After I was ready, I went to the training center to see my friends already getting to work sparring each other or doing target practice.

I went to go work on archery with Sif

"I'm pretty excited were finally going to battle, but then again, it will be taking place here, our families are here." She said shooting a bulls eye. 

I nodded my head, "has Odin said when we were going to evacuate the people?" I asked her.

"Yes, he said we will tomorrow." I nodded my head and started shooting.

Loki came over, "You need to hold your elbow up higher, your form is sloppy." He said to me, my form was perfect and I shot a bulls eye. 

"Did that look like bad form to you?" I said to him raising an eyebrow.

He rolled his eyes and tripped me with his magic and picked up another bow and started shooting targets.

As he shot, I took my bow and took out his legs.

"You're on," He said and we went to the mats.

We both grabbed long wooden staffs and got into our positions.

Sif ~

It was always interesting seeing Loki and y/n spar. They both had magic so it made it a lot more interesting to watch. They also both used staffs to fight with.

Y/n swung first and he dodged swinging for her leg. 

She jumped out of the way and copied herself so there was two of her. Loki copied himself as well and they went at it again. Wood hitting wood and light blinding our eyes. Then y/n got close enough that she smashed a ball of white light into his face blinding him.

He dropped his staff and she hit him once in the ribs and another behind his knee making him fall over. She dropped her staff and went to punch when he grabbed her arm.

She twisted herself but it was no use, then all of the sudden, she disappeared and appeared again behind him jumping onto his back and holding him in a head lock, after about a minute, Loki gave up and y/n won.

We all cheered for y/n except for Loki who looked at her in confusion. "How were you able to teleport?" He asked still stunned.

"I can only teleport short distances, I learned a few weeks ago but I haven't really used it till today." She grinned and high fived Thor.

He huffed and walked away. Those two were strange...

Loki ~

I can't believe she beat me, I'm gonna get her back...

After we were all finished training, I followed y/n to her room.

She walked in and I went in right behind her, invisible.

I walked into her bathroom and took all of her towels because I knew she would go and take a shower.

Then I snuck out and went to my room.

Y/n ~

I knew Loki was going to get me back so I created an illusion of myself for him to follow.

As he followed, I went into his room and took his helmet. It was his most prized possession and I took it back to my room.

I went inside my bathroom and started the shower. 

Thor ~

I walked to my chamber to take a bath and once I walked inside I heard a couple of loud crashes and some screaming.

"Loki!"

"Y/n!"

I rolled my eyes and shook my head, then I walked outside to see them fight... Again...

They both stormed out of their rooms angry.

"Y/n, where is my helmet!"

"Why did you take my towels?!" she screamed back soaking wet from the shower and a bath robe on her.

They both didn't want to admit they took each others things so they kept screaming at each other.

As they screamed I went to y/n's room and found Loki's helmet under her bed, and went to my brothers room and grabbed her towels.

I walked back out and threw them at them. 

"Here, I would like some peace and quiet, so I would suggest you stop yelling or I'll make you stop." I said tossing Mjolnir up and down. The others quietly laughed at them.

They looked at me with the same shocked face, silent.

They both glared at each other and stormed into their rooms, ears red in anger and embarrassment.

I turned to the others and shook my head, bringing a hand to rub my eyes. "Will those two ever stop?"

They just shrugged in reply.

Then I heard the loud horn indicating the enemy has arrived.
