Third person ~

The next morning went by in a rush, Everyone got up early to get ready for the memorial for the fallen warriors. They all wore dark outfits as they met on the beach, five boats carrying the fallen and their families mourning. Sif used her bow to shoot the arrows into the boats catching them on fire as they floated away over the edge. Odin gave a speech about how brave they were. Y/n tightly holding Loki's hand because this was all her fault and Odin was lying to them. That's all he does huh? Lie to people? She thought.

After the ceremony, they left quickly to gather their things and change into their armor.

Y/n grabbed her things and put her hair up in a tight braided ponytail. After she was finished, she went to the throne room where everyone else was to meet before they left.

Y/n ~

We all gathered in the throne room before we left to go to the bifrost again. I was the last to get to the throne room and went to stand by Sif.

She nodded her head at me and Odin spoke.

"We will be doing a very similar thing in Svartalfheim that we did in Jotunheim, we will spend a night in a forest close to their palace, and then we confront the dark king in the morning." He said standing from his throne.

We nodded our heads at him not saying a word.

We then went to the stables and got onto our horses.

Loki ~

I was still angry at Odin, but I didn't care anymore. He still seemed to care for me and y/n and that's all that mattered.

As we went through the bifrost I was still thinking about what will happen once we meet the king. And what Odin will say to him.

We arrived within seconds of entering and were in a forest similar to one on Jotunheim, except the trees were all dead, some looked like they were burned. Then I remembered about the battle all those years ago leaving the planet in ruins.

We set up camp and Me and Sif were given the first watch.

Me and Sif sat in silence the whole watch, occasionally shifting our seating positions. I got up once and tended the horses.

There were no stars in the sky in Svartalfheim, Odin cursed the land after the war. Never allowing them to see the beautiful galaxy above them ever again.

After the watch I laid down on my mat next to y/n, she had the third watch and was fast asleep. She had tear stains on her cheek and it made me sad. I brushed them off with my fingertips and kissed her forehead before closing my eyes and falling asleep.

The next morning, we were all woken up by Odin. We packed in less than ten minutes and left to go to the palace.

The building looked like it was once beautiful, but it was ruined. Overgrown plants along the walls, the gates were swinging freely and the stone was cracked. The castle was barely hanging on. Small repairs kept it from completely falling apart. The dark elves were always known as amazing stone and metal smiths.

We entered the once grand entrance and made our way to the throne room. As we made our way to the large room, guards were eyeing us but not stopping us, it was weird.

The throne room was beautiful, yes it was in ruins but the work that was put into it was breathtaking, a mural covered the ceiling and walls, two large black silver thrones sitting at the end of the room with a large statue of an elf standing behind them. The king stood looking out of one of the broken windows towards the city with his hands clasped behind his back.

"King Lanemri," Odin said loudly and the dark elf turned around.

His black eyes scanning the group. There weren't any other soldiers with us, just the seven young warriors and the king.

"King, Odin," He acknowledged nodding his head.

"Have you brought them?" He asked.

Odin nodded his head and we all looked around, confused.

"Yes, they're both with me right now."

He turned around and looked at me and y/n, we both caught on right away and shook our heads.

"No..." I started grabbing y/n's hand and turning around trying to get away.

I wasn't fast enough and four guards came up and grabbed our arms.

"No!" Y/n screamed tears forming in her eyes and she started to change her form.

I looked at Odin, anger in my eyes and felt my form change as well.

"How can you do this to us! I thought you cared!" I yelled at him trying my hardest to break free only managing to get more guards to grab onto me.

"It was my only choice to keep the peace between us," he said faking an apologetic face.

I shook my head and struggled harder and managed to break free, I grabbed my staff from the floor and charged toward the king.

I swung and he dodged pulling out his sword.

"My whole life, I lived in the palace, thinking I was your son, I loved you! and you lied to me! To y/n!" I cried as I fought the king.

The guards came up behind me and attacked, grabbing onto my arms and one of them injecting something into my arm making me feel weak.

I looked at my friends, at Thor. They just stared at me.

"You-you were all in on this, weren't you...?" I managed to get out.

"I'm sorry brother," Thor said before I slipped away.

~

I woke up on the ground. I lifted my head up off the cold floor and felt chains connecting my wrists and ankles to the wall behind me.

"Y/n?" I called, my voice echoing.

"Loki...?" I heard her voice in front of me.

"Y/n! are you okay?" I called back.

"Yes, I'm fine. They put me in the cell across from yours, you've been asleep for two days."

I shook my head and pounded my fist on the floor angry.

"I can't believe this, he betrayed us!" My voice getting louder.

"I know." She said back, her voice cracked with anger.

"We will find a way out of here, and when we do. We go and kill Odin," I said.

"Okay."
