Y/N POV
I step into the class 1-A classroom. Everyone is busy talking and being in there own little world. I quietly walk to my seat, unnoticed.
"Y/N! How are you doing? Are your injuries healed? Is everything okay?" Ochako asks quickly and concerned, appearing in front of me, concern all over her face.
"I'm alright. There's no need to worry, Ochako," I simply respond.
Ochako sighs a breath of relief. She then smiles brightly and asks, "How many internships do you think everyone got?"
"I'm unsure. Hey, wait a minute...Where's Iida? He's always here?" I question, noticing the absence of my classmate.
"Oh...you didn't hear? His older brother got attacked by the hero killer. I'm not sure if Iida will be here today..." Ochako responds sadly.
"Oh...that's terrible. When was he attacked?"
"He was attacked three days ago. I think you were still unconscious," Ochako answers.
"Hmm...I see..." Is all I can really think to respond.
Iida then enters the classroom. Everyone bothers him with questions about his brother. Iida says that his brother is fine, that he is fine, and that we should focus on our internships.
I know those eyes...he's upset...he wants revenge...I don't think I'm close enough to him to say that he shouldn't let hate consume him...that he shouldn't try to get revenge...it will only make things worse...I...I've seen what it does to people...*internal sigh* I...I should focus on not letting revenge ever get to me...I tend to keep my feelings bottled up...deep down inside of me...Anyway, I should focus on what Aizawa is about to say...
Aizawa walks to the podium and announces, "As you all know, internships will be soon. I will now show all of you your offers, because you are all first years, your offers can be taken back before you graduate. Also, choose wisely. Many second and third years still regret their decision to this day."
Aizawa then shows the class their offers. Todoroki and Bakugo are in the thousands.
I have one offer.
Wow...I didn't expect to get an offer...THIS IS AWESOME!
"Todoroki and Bakugo have way more offers than Y/N, despite the fact that she got first place..." Jirou points out.
"I suppose my father has something to do with that. I'm his son and he and Y/N aren't exactly on the best terms," Todoroki mumbles the second sentence under his breath, I think I'm the only one who heard him.
