Y/N POV

I slowly open my eyes.

What time is it...?

I remove Tokoyami's arm that is around me. I get out of bed and grab my phone. I check the time:
6:30am

Oh...today's the Christmas celebration!

I walk over to Tokoyami's wrapped present and walk back over to the bed.

I set the present on the bedside table. I then gently shake Tokoyami awake.

"What...?" Tokoyami mumbles, sleepily.

"It's the Christmas celebration..." I reply.

"Oh...it's morning already?" Tokoyami mumbles, rubbing the sleepy out of his eyes.

I pick up Tokoyami's present and hand it to him.

"What's this?" Tokoyami asks, taking the present.

"It's a locket! But! I did an illusion and some other type of magic spell I've been practicing, so you can hear heartbeat. It was a practice test, and I decided you might like it. I'm not sure why..." I explain.

Tokoyami stays quiet for a moment, holding the locket in his hands, his eyes locked on it.

Tokoyami then pulls me into a hug, gently pulling me down on the bed.

"Tokoyami...?" I mumble, looking up at Tokoyami.

"Thank you...I love it..." Tokoyami mumbles, nuzzling the top of my head.

"...that's good! I'm glad you like it!" I exclaim, snuggling into the embrace.

Tokoyami lets go of me, sits up, and grabs something off of the bedside table.

I sit up also.

Tokoyami gently takes my hand and sets a small box in it.

I open the box and a ring is revealed:
